"I often stay at this hotel. Located in the south of the city of Paris, the hotel is already out of Paris (at the junction of Little Paris and Paris), with subways and RERs to the airport. There are two IBIS (a traditional IBIS, an IBIS BUDGET) on the edge of the hotel. In comparison, the home is quiet, the decor is fresh and the breakfast is not crowded. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. It is much better than the traditional IBIS (red sign) next to it."

"Excellent clean hotel, quiet part of Paris 15minutes Uber or bolt to centre of Paris. Staff fluent in English. We arrived a few hours earlier and they let us come in earlier without hesitation. Would stay there again"

"The hotel is located in a city called Montrouge in the southern suburbs of Paris, less than 100 meters away from the city hall. The hotel also has the Olympic five-ring logo, which may have hosted the Paris Olympic Games. It is 12 subway stops from here to Notre Dame de Paris. It is very convenient to take the subway to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airport. The hotel room is very small. There are often low-quality foreigners who talk loudly when they return to the hotel at night. However, these low-quality people enter the room and close the door, so it is still very quiet to sleep at night. The breakfast is average, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic."
"Honestly, the environment and facilities are acceptable. However, the quality of employees is quite concerning and their system is not connected with the agency very well. For my situation, I booked three nights but separated 2 orders, the counter could not find out and asked me to check out on my last night, I showed my order in French, and they repeatedly said: my system shows no this night. No offense, but the hotel needs to train its employees about adaptability, instead of doing nothing for the situation happen."
"Great, helpful and friendly staff! The rooms are quiet, it's not stuffy with the window closed. The streets the hotel windows face are also quiet. There is everything you need for a comfortable short stay (1-2 weeks): a hair dryer, cooking utensils, a coffee machine, a vacuum cleaner, an electric heated towel rail. Cons: no disposable slippers, and the floors are apparently not washed very thoroughly, as the floor quickly becomes sticky, especially in the bathroom. In general, I wanted to wash the bathroom in the room we occupied with a steam generator, since the door from the inside was covered in soap stains, and the tiles around the toilet were dirty, and the heated towel rail was stained. If the fight for cleanliness in the hotel is stepped up, it will be an ideal place where you want to return again and again! :)"
"The hotel is in a good location close to the Metro line with lots of local services including bistros and supermarkets etc.
The tram is also very close by.
The staff were friendly and the room and all areas were clean and tidy.
We had a 4 person dorm to use for a family of 4, the beds were comfortable enough and towels were provided in the room free of charge.
There's a vending machine and a coffee machine in the lobby and reasonably priced.
The only issue I encountered was I had breakfast included in my booking but the hotel refused to honour the breakfast booking via Trip.com so I had to pay an extra €80 at the reception.
I did consider using the extra breakfast booking facility on Trip.com as it cheaper than at the hotel but thought better of it in case they didn't honour that as well.
The staff weren't very helpful with that issue but were still friendly and approachable about it.
It is quite easy to travel to anywhere within Paris from the hotel, including Disney."
"The hotel's location is still more than ten minutes away from the subway station and RER A, which is really hard if you have large luggage. The environmental facilities and sanitation of the rest of the hotel are very good. One of the single beds in the triple room is a sofa bed. Two 28-inch boxes can be opened in the room. There are also water dispensers in the corridor and lobby to fill water."
