Very accommodating staff. Rooms are big beds are comfy. Fridges could be a bit bigger but its been a nice stay for the long haul so far.

The hotel is a small hotel run and managed by locals. The staff are also mainly locals. About one-third of the local residents are of Mexican origin, so this town has many affordable Mexican-style restaurants for tourists to choose from. In addition, it is within easy reach of Gunnison Canyon National Park, making it a first choice place to stay when visiting the national park. I recommend Tacos EI Gordo Motrose, a Mexican restaurant not far from the hotel that is rated as the best Mexican restaurant in the local area. The Smother taste is very suitable for my wife and me. Economical, fast and convenient. Although Ctrip informed the hotel that it did not provide breakfast, it actually provided guests with a simple breakfast including bagged milk, burgers, dessert biscuits and other bags. The hotel also provides hot water and coffee 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. Recommend friends in need to choose to stay here.

This hotel was disgusting. The smell in the hallway wanted to make me puke and the smell in the room was just as bad. The poor kid working the desk was nice as can be but the place is so rundown and not taken care of. Do not book this pay more to stay somewhere else. We couldn’t even stay we left.

The staff was nice, but when we arrived they gave us a room that had not been properly cleaned. The staff was helpful in getting a replacement room, but the replacement room had stains everywhere and a chemical smell that was unbearable. We ended up finding another place to stay.

I like to stay at this motel. This time I brought a friend. Our initial room: non-functioning toilet, loud squeal if water left on and would not flush without water poured in (we used the trash cans). Garbage not taken out from prev use, dirty, needed light bulbs 3/8 bulbs. after one night we moved. the second room was better, but the building and lack of building security was still unsavory. The stop in the tub did not work.
We loved the staff, they were good people and easy to work with, and responsive to our needs. Thank you!

They demanded a $50 damage deposit!! Lord knows if I ever see that as there was no toilet paper spindle, stained carpet and furniture and one light didn't work. ::( And no fan in bathroom, and while surfing channels the remote would quit after about 25 changes. Had to let it sit to surf more.

I stayed two nights rather than the one night I reserved…Maids didn’t make room up the second day…I called the front desk, and receptionist in broken English said they only clean rooms once a week…I tried to tell her I was not staying for a week..She didn’t understand…My room was in an added part of the facility very hard to park my car close to my room…I had to park in a restaurant parking lot…Room was old, not modern…Out of the 60’s….Not that I watch much Tv, but their were 3 remote controls…I gave up watching Tv…Just wanted to keep an eye on the Weather Channel…

Older property. Room was clean and neat. NO water at all in the morning. No staff on premises, didn't open until 7 am and I left at 6:40 am.
Other than no water (whatever was the issue), I would stay there again for the price I paid.

Used to be a very nice place to stay. New ownership/management doesn't seem to care. No working ice machine. No vending or breakfast offered anymore. Used to have a wonderful breakfast and good amenities.
