There is a bus, but it seems difficult to get there if you are not used to it. It is close to Montreux, so it is very convenient if you use the Golden Pass!

Parking at the hotel is convenient, and there are cheap parking lots nearby. It is very close to the center of Montreux. The hotel also provides a Montreux city bus card. The breakfast is good. I will choose it again next time I go to Montreux.

The room was clean and tidy, the large balcony outside the window had a great view, and the breakfast was also very rich. Although we missed the check-in time, the staff of Ctrip and the hotel handled it very promptly. The overall experience was great!

The hotel is one of my kind. They can't fo much to improve. Everyone do kind and helpful! The only thing that I miss is not beeing able to dinner during the days of the festival. But I understand they like to give the employees the option to assist to their town festival, considering this is one of the best all around the world.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights as a family of 3. We took a triple room and the room was a good size with enough space for luggage. The staff is really helpful and cooperative. Breakfast was standard but included in the price so it was a good deal. There is a bus 2 mins away from the hotel which takes you to the city center . Travel to and fro from the city center is very convenient thanks to the bus service. Would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to be back here.

I have decided to only write positive reviews, and then only selectively. I spent two nights at the Hotel de Chailly at the end of May and was very pleasantly surprised. The room is simple but has everything you need. The hotel was not overly busy at this time of the year, so I can’t say anything about noise, neighbourly or otherwise; it was quiet for my stay. The hotel’s location right next to the motorway is a big plus, but that is not a noise issue either. The bus stops right next to the hotel and the MontreuxRiviera card gets you on public transportation for free and the lake is a 15min ride away. The breakfast was excellent (I especially enjoyed the home-made quince jelly, thank you!) and there are enough tables to be able to find a quiet spot if one feels like it. I did not try the hotel restaurant. The people are friendly and helpful. I felt the vibes among the employees were very good as well, they work well together and that shows. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and am recommending the hotel to friends and family. I look forward to coming back! Thank you for a great stay!
