La struttura si presenta come un hotel ma in verità non lo è: è un residence che serve anche un po' di colazione. Dovrebbe esserci maggiore chiarezza su questo aspetto. La reception è presente solo in poche ore della giornata nei giorni lavorativi, la pulizia delle camere non esiste (abbiamo chiesto noi il cambio asciugamani dopo un paio di giorni), non c'è un asciugacapelli nella stanza (e abbiamo dovuto faticare per avere uno). Per il resto receptionist e personale nella sala per la colazione sono stati gentilissimi, le stanze (premium) sono curate.

We stayed for a week in March from the 11th to the 18th, the elevator was broken for 3 days knowing that my partner cannot walk and our room is located on the 4th floor. No commercial gesture was offered to us by the manager who was not at all pleasant, moreover, I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper. Also, in view of the prices and the service provided, I do not recommend this establishment.

I spent 10 days in this accommodation and rated this room with two stars for several reasons, I asked for a room with a double bed and they presented me with two single beds pushed together, I didn't sleep a whole night without waking up because of the middle of the bed. There wasn't enough socket next to the bed to turn on the lamp or charge the smartphone or anything. The clothes closet was very small, it has a water cylinder that makes noise all night. I stayed on the 6th floor and could hear everything that was happening on the street, the level of isolation is zero. The television was old. The kitchen was more or less well equipped, the big problem was not having an extractor fan, the smell was all over the house. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, and the extractor fan worked poorly. In the corridor towards the elevator there is only one sensor for lighting, so between the room and the elevator most of the way is dark. During the 10-day stay, they only came to the room once to clean it. A good positive point was its location, it is relatively close to the metro and some markets.

Sale, petit déjeuner plus que minable, la fille qui y bosse s'en fout, elle tel ! Studio sans cafetière, micro ondes tout gras, moquette et rideaux repoussants...Bref la crasse règne en maîtresse dans tous les coins.

Esta algo algo alejado del centro pero tiene parada de metro de línea amarilla a 5 minutos caminando. Lugar tranquilo, limpio, camas muy cómodas. Dispone de menaje, nevera, microondas... Dando opción a cocinar. Por poner una pega la tele no podíamos conectarla con la tablet... No obstante, muy recomendable
