The staff were very helpful, especially Sofiane.
He went out of his way to enable us to get transportation to CDG airport in the early hours of Friday.
The only negative is that the walls of the hotel are very thin. Normal sounds, like people talking or using the bathroom, were very disruptive.

1. they advertise they service breakfast. They don't. They charged me 20 euro for breakfast and there was none. When I asked for a refund they refused. 2. they advertise they have rooms with king size beds. They don't. Their largest bed is a double. 3. their reception doesn't speak English at all. 4. the hotel is cold all the time. You have no control over the room temperature, you have to call the reception and ask them to change it (they don't speak English). They said they turned up the heat and they don't. 5. the location is not good 6. the reception is not hospitable 7. staircase is super skinny and tall, no elevator. Good luck carrying your luggage up and down. 8. I would not stay here again and not recommend it

Accueil très sympa, chambre simple et propre. Il y a des commerces et restaurants à proximité. Marché le jeudi juste en face. Petit déjeuner au bar juste en dessous. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute. Accès très facile par le métro. Je conseille l'établissement.

Une nuit, chambre très propre. Une literie de bonne qualité.
Le quartier est très vivant mais bruyant aussi. C'est très bien mais pensez aux boules quies ! Le personnel très à l'écoute et gentil.

J'ai dormi dans cette hôtel plusieurs fois est j'ai toujours été très satisfait, il a été rafraîchi cette année .les chambres sont très propres et très bien agencées, le personnel est vraiment au top, très gentil et professionnel. Le métro est à deux pas. Je recommande.

J'ai séjourné à l'Hôtel royal Montreuil pendant trois jours et j'ai été très satisfait de mon expérience. L'hôtel a été entièrement rénové en décembre 2023 et offre un confort moderne et élégant. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et climatisée, avec une smart TV connectée qui permettait de regarder Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ et d'autres chaînes. Le wifi était ultra rapide et gratuit. Le personnel était très accueillant, serviable et disponible 24h/24. L'hôtel est situé à deux pas du métro et de Paris, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter la capitale. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son très bon rapport qualité-prix et son ambiance sereine.
