Efficient and friendly service at the front desk. I got a room right by the elevators, which wasn't great, and it sounded like someone was bouncing a soccer ball against the adjoining wall for most of my stay, but the room itself was clean. Google cast wasn't working properly. Hotel is centrally located but the area immediately around it is pretty dead, so it would've been nice if the tuck shop was open a little bit later (was closed when I returned for the night at 8PM).

I have stayed many times at the Square Phillips, a hotel owned, I believe the same group. I assumed that the Appartement Hotel would be similar. I was disappointed however. Although this one night stay was okay, the room carpet is in need of refreshing. My travelling companion felt that the bathroom was not adequately cleaned. In short, the price made the one stay acceptable, but I certainly would not stay for a longer period.

Next door talking wake me up at 1:00am. I am not blaming them, because the rooms between feel like just a paper board. No wall at all.

We stayed for 4 nights and the location is perfect. It's in between two metro stations, both are about 6-7 mins walk (Champ de Mars, and Saint Laurent) depends which line you are in. We arrived by train and took the metro at Bonaventure (this is connected to the Central station: ”Gare Centrale”) and arrived at Champ de Mars. There is a supermarket 5 mins away (”IGA”) and the airport bus station is by the hotel. Chinatown is 7 mins away and make sure you visit Sammi dumplings. There is a food court (”Le Central”) 5 mins away although we found it slightly expensive. The Old Port of Montreal and Notre-Dame Basilica are about 15 mins away from the hotel. Facilities: As a number of people said, the rooms are quite basic and need a lot of uplift. Our room doesn't have any sofa (which was different from the pictures here) but functional so there is no complain. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans. We cooked our dinner twice. Staff and service: all staff are friendly and very helpful, gave advice on directions and always have a smile.

The service was amazing! We enjoyed all the amenities and the staff were very helpful, and nice. We did the valet parking and would definitely recommend it.

I recommend this hotel to people who travel Montreal and Quebec. The location is not that bad. It is easy to get train station. Everything is clean and private curtain for all bed. Also, all staff are sooo nice!

Very big room with full utensils set, cooking equipments and big dining location. Walking distance to Saint Catherine and Saint Paul Street, and a number of sightseeing spots. Convenient location.

The room is not big, the facilities are average, but the service is good. The location is also very convenient, very close to the subway and bus, and it is also very convenient to eat next to Chinatown.

The local is perfect, close to downtown, so there are many groceries, restaurants and shopping stores. The hotel also not far from attractions such as old montreal, old port ~ 2 km (walkable). The room was very clean and enough space for 2 persons and luggage. The Amenities were excellent, I liked that there was sofa in the room. So, highly recommend, absolutely worth for money
