"Most hotels require check-out before 12 o'clock, here is one o'clock before check-out, an extra hour is not bad. The service is cordial and friendly. I don't know how to get to Quebec City by car, and I don't know which French food is delicious. The little brother at the front desk patiently gave me answers and recommendations."
"The Omni Mont-Royal Hotel is a perfect hotel in Montreal. Excellent montain view and quiet environment. I think I will back to stay this hotel next vacation.
Love this hotel, so write a review. The location is in the central area, but it's backed by mountains and it's quiet. Suitable for non-upstart vacationers, you can climb nearby. The natural scenery of Tianhe Mountain is out of the window. I stayed for five nights and climbed twice. There are many restaurants near the hotel, about 15 minutes walking distance from Chinatown. Hotel service is good, French-speaking Montrealers are generally polite (speakers who speak Chinese loudly on the street will of course be blind-eyed), everything in the hotel is free and the staff is polite, I like this holiday environment . The hotel arranged a nice room for me, thank you very much!"
"What a place!! They upgraded our room upon arrival and everything was clean and beautiful!! This place is awesome!!"

"Good service Valet parking Location invincible scenery Room is a bit small Note Remember to have a bathtub the day before yesterday, otherwise you only have a shower"
"The room is very large, the location is convenient, the bathroom is also very large, there is a bathtub, and the shampoo and shower gel provided are also very good, the hygiene is very clean, and a small dessert is also sent. I like this style of hotel very much. I think it's worth the price."
"An extremely hands off experience but the rooms are nice and the people were friendly, great location a 5 minute walk from most of McGill and close to a metro for when you are first arriving"
"Before Montreal, I have stayed at FS Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, San Francisco, Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, Beijing.. This one was by far the worst four seasons I ever stayed even tho the room was amazing with modern design and highly automated. Let alone the extremely bad experience when I checked in which I could write 2000 words about, they even can’t supply enough hot water.. it’s just warm or u could even say it cold as u got your AC on in your room. And they put under construction post near my room idk if it’s because of the argument while checking in then they coming at me, I wish not. I could’ve reported the whole situation to four seasons official email , Instagram, Facebook, Google review etc but I chose to forgive."
"The location is really good, and even though it rained today (June 29th), the Aurora was visible in front of the hotel. It's very clean and the staff is friendly. I got a room in a strange location where you got off the elevator and went down the stairs, so I had trouble with my luggage, but it wasn't a big problem."
"The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance to Notre Dame Cathedral, Chinatown, and the Science Center. The room is quite big, the reception service is quite good, the restaurant service is also quite good, but the service of the breakfast omelette is not good."

Very Good
ZZhangWe had an outstanding stay at Sonder Apollon in Montreal. The location was perfect, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The modern design of the apartment was both stylish and functional, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment.
The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, even though we didn't have time to cook. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as high-quality linens and toiletries.
Check-in and check-out were seamless with Sonder’s efficient system, and the customer service was excellent. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the team was quick to respond and very helpful.
Overall, our experience at Sonder Apollon was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the city!

GGuest UserThe location and staff of the hotel were great, but the facilities were very outdated. It was disappointing that when I looked out of the window, I could only see the wall, and as soon as I opened the door, the bed was right there, which was regrettable.
Due to the fact that there are three hotels with the same name in downtown, it is important to double-check the address and make sure you find the correct one.
GGuest UserHygiene: I found dried liquid stains on the sheets before going to bed, maybe it was residual laundry detergent? I was in a hurry to change it and forgot to take pictures
Facilities: The bathtub may be old, there is a piece of wear and yellow 😮💨 that piece looks like that.
Service: The brother and the lady at the front desk are very friendly
Environment: It is different from the apartment I stayed in last time. It is bigger and has a useless study room. It can accommodate one more person. The refrigerator is also big. I like their kitchen design very much. The dishes and pots are all clean. There are detergents and salt and pepper. It is also close to the surrounding area. The parking lot is a bit low and a bit scary to drive.
VVon123**Location and Accessibility:**
Hotel Bonaventure Montreal is conveniently located opposite Gare de Centrale. For those with luggage, it's best to exit Gare de Centrale through the Place Bonaventure exit and cross the street to reach the hotel driveway. While going underground is an option, it involves numerous escalators and stairs, and the distance is longer than walking on the ground.
**Metro Access:**
Contrary to what some might assume, Metro Bonaventure is not right underneath the hotel. You need to walk about 300-500 meters underground to reach the metro station, so plan accordingly.
**Room Tips:**
If you want to minimize walking, request a room closer to the reception. The hotel is spread across two floors and covers a wide area. Our room was far from the reception, requiring a long walk after a tiring day.
**Amenities:**
The hotel's pool is popular and often crowded, but the fountain with ducks on the 10th floor adds a charming touch. However, no water is provided in the rooms or at the reception. We had to fill our water bottles at Gare de Centrale.
**WiFi:**
The WiFi connection was excellent and fast, making it easy to stay connected.
Overall, Hotel Bonaventure Montreal offers a pleasant stay with convenient access to transportation and charming amenities, but be prepared for some walking and bring your own water supply.

AAuGinaCustomer service wasn’t the greatest but the room is spacious and modern. The complimentary breakfast was good with limited selection. The location of the hotel is convenient but do have to be more cautious when walking during the night time.
LlynnBreakfast is average, but it is still very convenient and cost-effective. The hotel is a few kilometers from the airport, you can see the plane taking off, the children like it. The hotel has a car park and there is also a free bus airport transfer.
RRochWhile the room was stylish and had a modern vibe, there were some issues with cleanliness. I noticed stains on the bench, dust on the nightstands, and even a stray hair on one of the towels. These small details were disappointing and gave the impression that attention to upkeep might be slipping.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel in a great location, but it could benefit from renovations and a little more care in maintenance to truly live up to its potential.

GGuest UserA decent hotel in downtown Montreal but sadly has limited parking availability. On the first day, we couldn't find parking in the hotel and had to use street parking, which costs $7 for 1.5 to 2 hours. The hotel charges $35 per day for parking, which seems excessive since guests are already paying for their rooms. Breakfast is also very basic and standard nothing fancy.
On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown and other downtown attractions, and it's only a 15-20 minute drive to the famous church. I would recommend this hotel if you're planning a short stay in downtown, like for two days.
LlamAmazing!
Best value out there.
Where can you have various 24/7 public chill out spaces including a basketball court and gym. Breakfast was great. It's not a hotel but a student dormitory. And clean.

GGuest UserLocation is a little far from Old Montreal and the nearby has a lot of construction works which made driving a little problematic but I supposed that is temporary. Ample parking lost. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Overall satisfied with the stay except it doesn't provide breakfast and we had to order room service. Food is tasty
