Sonder at Gare Saint Denis

Inside the unit is really nice. Clean and spacious. However, outside construction on the entire block was a very big inconvenience. I wouldn't book here again until it is completed. We had to keep the blinds completely closed the entire time. Our room (UNIT 204) faces an alley where upon arrival were met with a man right outside rummaging through garbage, he could clearly see into the room.

Almost perfect The room was very nice and super clean. The only issue for us was that the mattresses were less than ideal - too hard and more like a futon than a hotel-grade mattress. Also, there's currently a lot of construction on the street.

Am I the Only Positive Review? We were in 2nd floor. Entrance to the building is easy to find. Front foyer and elevator were clean and modern. All the codes worked. Room was really nice and recently renovated. 2 small-ish beds and a couch 1 person could sleep on. Kitchen has what you need, but we had to buy 2 more fry pans. Microwave, stove and dishwasher worked perfect. Shower had good pressure and the water was hot. Couldn't really hear much from other guests. In the morning could hear some foot traffic above and some cars on the road. Nothing too bad. Wifi worked great. There was no mechanical noises and we were there for 6 nights and made it through a major snow storm. Parked at UQAM Christan. 5 minute walk. We had a good stay and would go back.

Great location and comfy feel. The Sonder was honestly really easy to check into and we all really enjoyed our stay

We loved this property. The apartment was well decorated, furnished, and outfitted with great amenities. Groceries and other shopping was a less than 20 minute walk.
