The service was amazing! We enjoyed all the amenities and the staff were very helpful, and nice. We did the valet parking and would definitely recommend it.

Ac was so noisy and not good. Cleaning could be better In general it was good.

Very clean and modern hotel. Good value

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very convenient to go everywhere. There are many restaurants downstairs nearby where you can eat. There is also a large swimming pool upstairs in the hotel. There is a pool restaurant next to it where you can order food and drinks!

The room is good, the service is good, the price/performance ratio is good, the hotel concept is good, the location is relatively good and convenient, much better than the hotel next door, I will stay again

The hotel is very new and the service is very good. Unfortunately, many facilities are not open due to the epidemic, but because they have great facilities, I will definitely go again after the epidemic.

We stayed only one day, but I can say that it was the best place in downtown, best service and best staff. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. Staff is polite and helpful. We are from Vermont and very often weekends we spend in Montreal. So I made my choice definitely going to stay in Humaniti.

Room was average and for price paid expected better. Service was ok but not at the level of the price paid. Lounge was also ok but expected from the pictures to be nicer

Great location and the hotel and staff were amazing. Walking distance to most attractions and the bakery downstairs is highly recommended.

Stayed for one night, service was excellent great location. Room very clean with lots of choices at the mini bar. Will stay again.

The staff was friendly and attentive, but the first room had a strange, damp odor like wet socks. We requested a room change, but unfortunately, the hotel didn't have the two queen beds we had reserved. As a result, we had to settle for whatever room was available, which turned out to have a single king bed.

The hotel staff is not doing their job, rooms aren’t clean properly. There’s leftover food sitting on the hallway for days without being taken care of and it smells terrible in the room
