房間還可以，但服務基本等於沒有，前台入住的開放時間本來就衹有下午4-7點，提前問的時候我們説大概六點到，結果六點零幾到的時候大門緊閉 前台已經不知所蹤，發現五點多就給我們發了自助入住的郵件，上班的鬆弛感讓人震憾。鑰匙什麼的扔在了門口信箱裏，留了個電話但説沒有緊急的事別打，停車場也因為指示不明導致很難找。除非喜歡這種自己摸索的體驗否則不推薦

Beautiful room. Absolutely loved the soaker tub.
The main entrance key was iffy and the door looked like it was kicked in at some point. The spiral staircase to the room felt loose on the wall. Some bolts were not secure.

The front door was hard to open. The key broke in the doors. Even when we received a new key the door still took about 2mins to open each time. Everything was covered in dust. The parking instructions were hard to follow and when we called reception for help for all of the above no one answered.

Love this place, location and parking. But the last two visits the sleeping part has been dreadful. The beds are lumpy sinking messes with nice linens. Said nothing the first time it happened but this time it was even worse. I received an upgrade but wish I had my original room cause the mattress in there was fine about 4 visits ago. Sad to say this cause I love vibe and the people who work there are very kind, but that can’t make ip for a poor nights sleep especially when you have long days ahead driving. Please Auberge update your matress fleet.

We had a super lovely stay ! The style of the auberge is very eclectic and warm and the atmosphere is the antithesis of a modern, grey boxy hotel. Super close to the metro (1 min) and easy to walk everywhere from there. Great amenities like a shared kitchen and convenient parking in the back alley (feels safer than street parking)
The only thing I’d hoped for is the big bathtub! It said we had a room with a bathtub but it was just a shower. I think we got the last available room to be honest but it was wonderful anyway. Highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Property was in a little bit of a busy city area but was extremely quiet. Room was clean. Tub with jets worked great. Huge TV and complimentary tea on the 2nd floor. Parking lot was in the back of hotel and my car was safe for 2 nights. Less than a 1 minute walk to the train station. Stayed with my 9 yr old and we loved it.

Sent a message and it took 3 days to get a response. Arrived prior to front desk closing and the keys were left in the mailbox. Room was not cleaned for the entire visit.
