The location is very remote, in an industrial development zone. The breakfast is very bad and there are few varieties. It's cold in the middle of the night and I ask the front desk for a blanket. They actually say "you must pay for it". Isn't adding a blanket the most basic service? It's really far inferior to other hotels of the same brand in Ottawa. The fried chicken restaurant next door is more convenient.
