We would recommend that you stay well clear of this apartment. It is not as depicted in the photos. Sure, it is located in a good part of town and is very central. But it is uncomfortable, unloved and noisy. It is also not safe - one of the doors to an adjoining corridor does not lock safely and could be easily opened from outside. Bathroom shelves are damaged / hanging off the wall. There is mould in the bathroom. Walls are scuffed and marked. TV cables untidy. Basically stay well clear.
