Hôtel Birks Montréal Reviews

After a day out, the guest room only changed towels and replenished a coffee capsule, but nothing else changed at all, which is unheard of! The location, room facilities and other aspects are all OK. The service in the hotel restaurant and front desk is still warm and friendly.

A very comfortable hotel. The location is very good. The room is spacious and there is a terrace to rest on. The bed is also very comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time.

Most hotels require check-out before 12 o'clock, here is one o'clock before check-out, an extra hour is not bad. The service is cordial and friendly. I don't know how to get to Quebec City by car, and I don't know which French food is delicious. The little brother at the front desk patiently gave me answers and recommendations.

Construction is underway in front of the hotel, which is a bit ruining the whole feeling. The service is very average. There may be no employees related to the epidemic. But the hotel is very beautiful, I hope there will be good service after the epidemic

This hotel is good but not good enough to have 5 Star. The room size is very large because it was Birks workshop, pretty high ceilings (looks like 14 ft ) and much bigger room size. But renovation not matching 5 Star standard - curtains can’t be fully closed which is terrible for sleeping. Carpet is very old bad condition. It’s definitely convenient but not worth the price.

Our stay was exceptional. We were treated so kindly during a situation which arose with my daughter’s baby during our stay, the hotel and staff truly went way above and beyond to support us. The hotel is gorgeous, super clean, friendly caring staff and a superb location close to shopping and dining options. We look forward to staying again

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. I am an incredibly picky traveller and Hotel Birks always impresses me. The hotel is clean, the location is surrounded by great restaurants (try Escondite if you like tacos!) and shopping (Eaton’s centre is steps away), and the rooms feel spacious with nice showers, beds and large windows with a great view if you book a Garden view room. They offer valet parking which makes driving in an easy option. I’ve stayed here several times and it will always remain my hotel of choice in Montreal.

All was excellent, with two tiny exceptions. The room had two queen beds and should have had two sets of toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.), but the 2nd set had to be requested and was pleasantly given. The same is true for the number of coffee pods available.

The experience was amazing. Beautiful hotel and the service was excellent. The entire staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Our room was beautiful with an even beautiful view and very comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

Luxurious hotel in the center of Montreal. Welcoming personnel.Comfortable and nicely decorated room with view towards a church. Good breakfast at the hotel restaurant. One problem is that you have to wait long until the water in the shower and washbasin gets warm and the shower tube is not handy. Access to spa that only offers a vapor sauna, but no hot tube jacuzzi and no pool.

Very nice rooms but little things keep it from being perfect. When our room was ready there was a dirty glass left at the door. One of the provided robes featured lipstick stains from whomever enjoyed the room prior to us. The drain in the bathroom sink was almost clogged. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything around you. None of these are huge deals, just kind of annoying when paying that much for a stay.

We loved our stay. Every staff member was friendly. Definitely a 5 star treatment. In fact, we are coming back next week for our second stay. Definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.
