Terrible experience. Only 2 hangars in the closet (for a room that is supposed to have 2 guests), tv wasn’t working / issues with channels and having the tv turning off automatically (now fixed as technician had to come in), wifi not working (now fixed), one side lamp not working (technician had to come in), nespresso machine not turning on (i haven’t bothered to tell them). I went for breakfast at the restaurant - they forgot my toast and when they finally delivered it, it was cold bread and not even toasted. Took forever to get new toast and by then the poached eggs got hard. Service was just not attentive at all… it’s been one issue after another. Also, when checking in, the floors didn’t seem to have been mopped or vacuumed as well. I’m surprised as in the past I’ve stayed at Germain hotels in Calgary and Toronto and it’s been exceptional. Not this trip in Montreal - not the type of experience one would expect from an otherwise high end hotel. Normally i don’t complain / write a review but felt i had to this time.
