During our recent visit to Montreal, we had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 402! Situated close to the Old Port, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect for those looking to explore the city's historic charms and attractions. What makes this place even more special is its peaceful ambiance, offering a haven of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
One of the most remarkable aspects of our stay was the warm welcome and accommodating attitude of the gentleman in charge at the reception. His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed greatly contributed to making our experience a most enjoyable one.
Traveling as a family with 3 adults and 3 children, it was essential for us to have enough space. Hotel 402 brilliantly accommodated our needs by providing us with 2 large rooms with large beds, which allowed everyone to have a comfortable space to rest after busy days exploring the city. Additionally, these rooms were offered at a really reasonable price, which made our stay even more satisfying.
In summary, our experience at the 402 Hotel in Montreal was exceptional in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, welcoming and affordable place to stay in Montreal.

A l’attention de tous, Mr Sebbag Robert (patron de l’établissement) est une personne frauduleuse. Lors d’échanges téléphonique, il m’a dit que finalement il me remboursait 30% de la nuit dans son établissement catastrophique. Au final, il m’a remboursé 5,46$, car selon lui “il n’est pas cher, donc il fait ce qu’il veut du fait qu’il aura toujours du monde étant sur le vieux port !” Respect du client idéal ! Hier soir lors de notre arrivée, un jeune homme nonchalant nous a accueilli, selon lui il faut lire ses mails. Incapable de vous renseigner, car son téléphone est plus intéressant que son client. Tout comme le fait de sortir fumer, de ne pas être présent au desk d’accueil. Ensuite lors de notre arrivée en chambre, nous avons constaté que les prises pour la plupart étaient inutilisables. Avec en prime plein de trous dans les murs ! Le lit étant en chiffon, nous ne savions pas si il était fait ou pas, propre ou non. Une bouteille de Nestea vide à côté de nos serviettes de toilettes (selon Robert cela est un simple oublié qui arrive, suite à la Covid merci pour l’hygiène de ce lieu). La wifi ne fonctionne pas non plus, ou alors collez-vous au modem. La salle de bain en piteuse état, moisi, les toilette. n’en parlons pas. L’hygiène n’est pas au rendez-vous. Pas une priorité non plus. Un remboursement intégral aurait été normal !
