The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing as it is in the center of Comedy Square. It is also close to all major tourist attractions, so you can go on foot. There are also many restaurants around

It was close to the center, so there was no pressure until late at night. It was convenient because Carrefour was on the first floor of the same building. The reception is structurally in the basement. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't use the hotel lobby.

The location is very good, on the edge of the square in the city center. The facilities are rough.

Super well located hotel, this is the highlight; rooms are relatively comfortable, compatible with what you would expect from an Ibis; Parking is a big problem for those traveling by van, nothing taller than around 1.80m can fit; Taxi drivers and Ubers have difficulty finding the front of the hotel, which is not easily accessible as it has an automated gate that depends on the prompt attention of the receptionist inside the hotel.

Very convenient location on the edge of the old town. Underground parking at €15 a day. Friendly staff. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t review that.

It would have been good to be able to make a cup of coffee in the room

Hotel is doing the bare minimum in most areas. Rooms are large but spartan with tacky posters describing “services.” Overall sort of grimy feeling to everything. Example - they needed to make a change to the floor map in the elevator, so they used white-out to cover the incorrect info and to draw in the new … tacky. Special note - if you’re coming from the train station, there is an entrance on the mall level, but it’s a little hard to find, then you have to take the elevator down to reception - otherwise you have to walk around the block to get to the entrance.

Quite difficult to find, but once found, felt away independent and 'far' from the shopping centre next door. In a very convenient location, lots of food, shopping, drinks etc.

In the middle of the city center, easy access to a paid parking, close to all restaurants and shooting malls

Aside from being a really ugly building, the hotel is OK. Hallway carpets are filthy but the room was clean, and everything worked ok. Good enough bed. Location is perfect for the central walking neighborhood and the train station. Entrance can be confusing to find, but it's there.

We were really pleased with our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful which we always appreciate when travelling with a 6 month old baby. The elevators were big enough for a pram as well which isn't always the case. There was a water cooler in reception which was very handy as it was a warm day while we were there. The gentleman on reception very kindly helped us heat our food for tea, and there was the use of a fridge to store some food overnight. The fact that the staff all spoke fluent English was massively helpful, I can speak some French but not really enough, and it just makes our stay so much easier. On the morning of checkout, we checked out early to go an catch our train but found our train was cancelled, but the hotel were very helpful in allowing us to check back in to the room for a few hours while we waited for the next train, again this was very helpful with a baby who needed to nap. The location is also great being near the main square so a pleasant walking tour is easy to do.

The staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful. The hotel is a bit old and smells very weird. The bathrooms were ok. The lights flicker violently before turning on so it makes for an unpleasant entry. The AC didn’t work too well but opening the window is limited. And when we did, we got hit by mosquitos. The hotel is attached to a dilapidated ***** mall type area. But it was very close to where we wanted to explore. Parking is available and cheaper through the hotel.

The hotel is extremely run down. The furniture is easily 20 years old. The rooms are also dirty (layer of dust under the bed for example). Also the rooms miss the absolute basics like cups or classes (there was 1 paper cup for a room for 40) or pillows. Parking is also a joke. The entrance is 1.9m high. Any bigger SUV or VAN doesnt fit, and the next parking area that can take bigger cars is 1km away. Last but not least: the employees use the hotel drive way, which is supposed to be for guessed/taxis to drop off/pick up people, for their own cars, so that there is essentially no space left for the guests or taxis.
