Hôtel Mercure Montpellier Centre Comédie

Très bon hôtel bonne localisation pour la partie sud de Montpellier, accès facile à pied, tram ou voiture. Belles parties communes, de grandes chambres bien équipées, un petit déjeuner complet avec une belle salle et terrasse. Après, c’est assez impersonnel, vivez votre séjour sans avoir à faire au personnel.

The room we had was super dirty, there were stains on the bed, garbage on the floor and the room smelled a lot of cigarettes when we entered. The truth is that for the price it seems super expensive for the quality they offer. The location is good... and if you have a car, the good thing is the parking.

We stayed in this 4-star hotel with friends for four nights. When we arrived, the hall was wow, very beautiful reception hall, very designer with a white piano available to play. The reception staff are very friendly. As well as the very welcoming breakfast staff. We had room 215 on the second floor when you arrive at the corridor to your room there it is a completely different atmosphere nothing to do with the reception hall old carpet, holes, we say to ourselves what will be the room.. and amazement, the very dated room, a disgusting bathroom with mold on the shower screen, on the tiles, the bathroom floor, no toilet brush, holes in the wall, 2023 no socket at the level bedside tables, only two sockets one for the fridge and one for the kettle or do we charge our tablets and our phones? On the other hand, good bedding... let's have breakfast at €19 per person per day breakfast... €19 what? to decrease defrost pancakes defrost a coffee in the machine, 3 pieces of fruit.. if unfortunately, you arrive at 9:45 a.m., there is practically nothing left… Super disappointed with this hotel, four stars that we had chosen, it honestly deserves than a star
