Friendly Staff, great location (within walking distance of the amenities) Remodeled post flood, and the place looked great! Smallest elevator I’ve ever been on - it could be called ‘cute’

I stayed here two nights for work. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service both days. Since all rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors that meant using stairs. I needed help with my suitcase, but they provided it. Room was large and comfortable it got very hot in the afternoon, leave your curtains closed if you don't like to sweat. Lots of outlets and ways to charge devices. Good stores within a close walk.

Meeting in Montpelier room - AC was running when it was less than 40 outside. Everyone was frozen. The food is horrible - AM pastries were awful, soup was barely warm, ham tasted terrible, looked like cheap grocery store bread, cookies need to be made with butter not whatever awful ingredients were in them. Couldn't get out of the parking lot - never got a ticket, help button on computer screen can't be viewed through polarized lenses, had to go back into the front desk twice. Took me 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot!!! Not a good experience at all.

I paid almost $3000 for a week stay. When I first got there the shampoo and body wash was empty. I had to ask 4 times to get new bottles. Also, my parking ticket only worked twice. I had to ring for service to let me in and out. They have a restaurant downstairs, but they won’t bring it to your room. You have to order it and the go down and pick it up. I would not recommend to anyone.

The location was great. It was downtown within walking distance of stores. It was not worth the price. It’s a little outdated. There was only one small elevator. The steakhouse attached is very expensive. Luckily Sarducci’s is close!!! Within walking distance of the Capitol.

Historic and great location but very dated. Many spiderwebs around the ceiling in the room and in hallways, dirty bathroom ceilings, plugs in bathroom don’t work, mold on shower curtain, lighting in room is very poor. Shower head is dirty/clogged so water shoots out in all directions. Many spiders around inside and outside of room. The rest of the room and property appeared to be clean and bed was comfortable. Front desk was very welcoming and kind. $12 Fee for parking overnight in their back parking lot, there was also plenty of street parking which is free from 5pm-8am weekdays and free on weekends. Hourly parking on the street at other times was $1.55 per hour.

We stayed in this hotel for one night during our road trip through Vermont. It is conveniently located and easily accessible from the highway. Parking is a bit tricky to find (turning into the back of the property despite this looking like a bank parking entry :) ). Check-in was smooth, and we got a spacious room with a great comfy bed. The hotel is on the main street and has easy access to restaurants and other places of interest. We did go for breakfast, and the quality of that was superb. Suggest opting in. Overall, very good experience.

WOW.... A brand new Hilton and it's in downtown Montpelier. Where do I start....From the moment we walked in we knew we found a winner. This property is not only new but it's absolutely gorgeous. Lisa greeted us as we approached the front desk. Once we shared our name she said she was expecting us, thanked us for choosing Hilton, thanked me for being a Diamond member and informed us that our room was ready. Impressive first impression. Thank you Lisa. Our room was everything we could ask for and even more. The room was immaculate, stylish and oh so comfortable. Once we settled in we decided to have dinner in the hotel restaurant J. Morgans Steakhouse. What a great choice. The menus was extensive, the food fabulous and the service was even better. Hilton you hit a homerun in Vermont. This property is "First In Class" and the service is "Second To None'. To my fellow travelers..... If you find yourself heading to Vermont this is a must stay hotel. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall.

This was a quick stay for us in Vermont. Staff was very friendly and offered stores or things to do in the area of Montpelier. Rooms were clean and offered downtown views. The elevator was out during our stay but the staff was willing to assist with luggage for all guests when checking in. Bonus points that the little store they had offered Vermont merch/items, specifically the Vermont stuff animal Moose!
