Walking the Via Di Francesco we were collected by our hosts from Ponticelli Sabine. Large room with a sought after bath and polite attentive staff and incredible food. To cap it off a wonderful elevated view!

Premetto che scrivo questa recensione a distanza di tempo. Ma sono rimasta talmente TRAUMATIZZATA che non è possibile non scrivere una recensione. E spero VIVAMENTE che la situazione sia cambiata. Agriturismo infestato di insetti, cimici. Ho capito che siamo in campagna, ma la cosa sfuggiva di mano. Le termiti hanno mangiato tutto il legno. Le lenzuola erano sporche, il cuscino aveva una macchia che era meglio non indagare! La non mancanza di pulizia può portare a varie conseguenze, e non è semplice mal contento. Ma anche conseguenze FISICHE DI SALUTE, visto che un ragazzo ha persino preso i pidocchi sulle gambe. Il cibo non so che dire, arrivava sempre non caldo.. e la qualità non fresca. A me dispiace anche, perché poi chi ci lavora è anche gentile, ma la gentilezza non può salvare tutto ciò

Ho organizzato un festa a sorpresa per i 50 anni di mio mio marito insieme ad una mia amica e alla complicità di Emanuela.Una ragazza della reception, dolcissima e sempre attenta alle mie richieste.La festa è riuscita alla grande e tutti gli invitati sono stati felici,sopratutto i bambini che si sono goduti la piscina tutto il giorno.Luogo con una pace assoluta.Locali molto spartani ,ma personale gentile e premuroso. Abbiamo mangiato aperitivo,antipasto ,primi ,frutta e dolce.La torta una delizia.Complimenti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati qui per il matrimonio di mia figlia che si svolgeva nelle vicinanze, forse sarà stato che eravamo felici e sereni ma abbiamo trovato tutto piacevole, i locali comprese le camere pulite, certo arredamento un po' spartano, però bagni finestrati, unica cosa negativa i letti quelli si sono veramente da rifare, per una notte si resiste ma non di più, mi dispiace dire una cosa negativa per lo staff che è stato veramente gentile, buona la colazione certo non pretendete cose da hotel, la location bellissima la pace assoluta, abbiamo occupato tutte le camere eravamo in una grande casa tutti insieme è stato bellissimo, mi trovo d'accordo con altre recensioni il potenziale della struttura è grande basterebbe sistemare qualcosina e sarebbe il top. Abbiamo fatto solo pernottamento quindi non mi posso esprimere riguardo ai pasti.

Siamo stati un week end in questo agriturismo con un gruppo di amici. Note positive per lo staff gentile, premuroso e accogliente ma senz'altro insufficiente per i servizi della struttura. Altra nota positiva splendida location vicino Roma. Note assolutamente negative la trascuratezza e la poca cura in tutto, dalla piscina alle camere. Struttura dalle grandi potenzialità ma che dovrebbe migliorare in tutta la gestione...pulizia compresa!

Cordialitå, bellissimi e maestosi locali. Immersa nella natura. Una cagnetta simpaticissimo di nome Biscottina ė la prima che ti accoglie. Ti innamorerai di tutto, cavalli compresi. Veramente una favola !!!!!!

Mi sono sposata a 5 minuti dalla Ripa ed essendo l’unico posto in zona con molte camere l’ho scelto per mettere i miei parenti tutti insieme. Ho ricevuto lamentele da tutti, le camere erano sporchissime e con le ragnatele ai muri. Il servizio è lentissimo sia per il check-in che se volete mangiare. Hanno chiesto una pasta al pomodoro per tutti ed è arrivata dopo 1.30h, scotta. Tornando indietro avrei dislocato gli ospiti nei vari b&b della zona. La strada per arrivare è panoramica ma pessima, soprattutto di notte. Spero migliorino perché il potenziale sarebbe alto.
