ATTENTION PUNAISES DE LIT CHAMBRES 310 ET 403 : ça a d'abord commencé chambre 310, donc changement de chambre d'urgence, et ça a donc continué dans ladite chambre 403 !!!! Au réveil, les horreurs (voir photos) Bien sûr, la direction n'a pas osé en discuter avec moi et a donc laissé un agent d'accueil m'expliquer au final que les punaises de lit ne venaient pas de chez eux !!!! Ben voyons !!!! Ce qui est sûr, c'est que je ne refoutrait plus jamais un pied dans cet hôtel !!!! A fuir !!!!!

A very professional and friendly welcome! Breakfast which has changed and which is better in terms of products and quality. Spacious room, and very good value for money. I would happily come back!

The person at reception was not friendly. We had booked for a price on Booking and we were told 100€ more. The elevator was broken despite a call the same morning, we were not informed. We froze at night. The sheets were stained and a towel had a hole in it. The first room we were given was not made up. Only one person seems to make this hotel work, it is the head of housekeeping who saved our stay a little.

Elevator broken, dirty staircase, old and therefore ''bad mouth......it started off badly. Room about OK unless you look too closely. Borderline cleaning, faulty switch, even the sink is noisy. And that noise!!!!! What a horror to hear all the noises from the corridors and other rooms. Two towels for four people (we'll wash tomorrow😜), it's cold in the rooms. In short, horrible experience so avoid this hotel

Very warm welcome by a young person at reception, otherwise the rest is very mediocre. I understand prices better. Mold, very poor bedding, dirty bathroom. Parking at the foot of the hotel (large area car park) unsupervised.
