Hard mattress, flat pillows, bad smelling towels, not soundproof at all, housekeeping staff who come into the room without repeatedly knocking despite "do not disturb", little space between the bed and the wall of the room bathroom.

Hotel stinking of cold tobacco, everything is impregnated (pillows, duvets, mattresses, towels, etc.) This poses a real question regarding HOUSEHOLD (pillows, duvets, towels, etc. are not ventilated, disinfected, washed after each departure, etc.) Very late arrival (just before midnight) to spend a family weekend in Paris, tired after a week of work followed by a 5-hour drive on Friday evening, hotel booked on the ACCORD application, for 3 people + 3 breakfasts, However, the top bunk was not made!!!! Nice to make the bed at midnight... We should have changed rooms, or even canceled to change hotels, but too complicated at this late hour and tiredness. Suddenly, a very bad night, we had the impression of having been taken hostage in an ashtray!!! Unacceptable for a channel like ACCORD to have such concern for hygiene.

Good hotel, good welcome… however you have to be careful not to pay twice for the same stay… this is twice that I have been asked to pay at check-in for an already prepaid reservation. In addition, for breakfast, it is rarely fully ready at 6:30 a.m. contrary to what is advertised… it is better to wait until 7:00 a.m. 😉

Hôtel bien situé, à 15 minutes à pieds de la faculté saint Quentin en Yvelines. Les chambres sont propres, bien agencées et équipées. Literie confortable et hôtel très calme. Dommage qu’un bruit de soufflerie constant ai raisonné dans la chambre une partie de la nuit avec la climatisation pourtant éteinte. Le petit déjeuné est simple mais largement suffisant : Viennoiseries, pain, céréales, brioche, fromage, confitures, beurres nutella. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Dommage que les seuls fruits soient des bananes tellement mûres qu’elles étaient ouvertes. Possibilité de se garer au parking sous terrain. J’ai payé 12,90€ pour 16h de stationnement. Forfait de 15€ pour 24h. Personnel agréable et disponible. Je recommande.
