It was a family friendly activities and much of the staff were nice. I had an issue at check in, my room’t cleaned well I had to ask twice to get my room cleaned after checking in. Even after, it wasn’t cleaned well but I had a cranky toddler and didn’t want to keep waiting. They only provide two bath towels and don’t replace them unless you ask. If you want more towels you have to ask. The ice machines are only on odd floors only and are out of order on many floors. The bathroom in the main lobby doesn’t have changing tables or a family bathroom so be prepared to go to your room to change diapers if you are in the main hotel.

We had a great time!! This hotel has the best location!!! We never had to drive anywhere.. we did swan boat rental, lunch at pub next door, went to the public library right there, went swimming at the hotel twice (hot tub is awesome), walked to the mall and took the trolley back. We didn’t make it to the movies but it’s right across the street! Room had a great view and was very clean! We were allowed to check in 2 hours early and the staff was great!!! We’ll definitely be back!!!!

The room was clean, the location was good and the night was quiet. The room is quite big. Breakfast is a classic American breakfast, not used to eating, but it can be done, just eat.

There are shopping centers nearby, shopping and dining options, and they are all within walking distance of the hotel.

OK, the room is huge and the background wall painting is super modern!
