We have soundproofed the ceiling, however you might hear the pitter patter of our little kids sometimes upstairs. We are 3 blocks from downtown Blacksburg and the Huckleberry trail is one block from us. Walk to Lane Stadium in about 5 minutes and to Cassell in about 7.
