"The room is very big, the tap water is very big, the hot water is very smooth, and the water in the bath basin is bigger than other hotels. The shower gel and shampoo are all in large bottles of Defu, and I usually use the products I bring with me."
"My daughter was interning at a company near the hotel, so she stayed here for 28 days. It was very convenient to cook because there were full kitchen facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to I-270, many dining and shopping options nearby, and the Shady Grove Metro station is also nearby, with easy access to Washington, DC.
The free hot and cold breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff kept the seating area clean.
During the stay, you can go to the front desk to change towels and replenish paper towels. The front desk will also help receive express packages. The staff is very warm and friendly."
"Located next to the highway, the room is very good, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, the parking is free, and the location is a lot. Suitable for self-driving tours from Niagara Falls to Washington. The Grand Falls can be reached in about 7 hours by car and from the hotel to the peak hour in Washington for about an hour."
"It was a very old hotel, evident from the bathroom shower and the carpet in the rooms. Even the telephone was missing some buttons. However, the location and service were good.In my opinion, it's not worth $170 per night."
"The service attitude is very good, the location is good, near the highway entrance and exit, close to many commercial circle shopping centers, the sanitary environment is also good, the hotel also provides a 10% discount of the number of restaurants nearby."
"hotel was generally acceptable for its price level and location. the positives were the very friendly and helpful front desk and cleaning staff. the room was large enough for two, and the bed was comfortable. downsides were simply that the amenities were not all that great, with a very small indoor pool and limited workout room. but, really, it’s fine overall. would stay again if in the area."
"We stay at the SpringHill Suites in Gaithersburg when in the area. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, easily accessible, clean and have a great, friendly staff."
"The breakfast was very poor...but the breakfast at the American hotel was very poor, and it couldn’t be compared to the country...the room was average. The hotels nearby are almost the same, this is OK. There is a small shopping center in the hotel for 2 minutes. There are supermarkets and restaurants. It is quite convenient."
"Very nice hotel! Everything was clean and smelled really nice when you walk into the hotel. They have a cute greeting on the tv when you enter your room"
"My order included breakfast, but the hotel said it did not. After checking trip.com and the hotel, it was available, but I didn’t wait for the reply from trip.com. Because I was in a hurry, I ate breakfast at my own expense... In addition, the room The internal heater can only keep the room at 18 degrees, and it’s a bit cold when sleeping..."

Great
GGuest UserNice hotel, modern, new and comfortable room. Good bed, shower and black out for windows. The restaurant dinner was good, breakfast was bad, I skipped the other day. $30,00/day for parking downsizing. However there’s a public parking in front of the hotel. Sunday is free weekdays from 10pm to 7 pm too! Overall excellent experience.
MM19178****The hotel management is very good and the staff is also enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located. There is a large supermarket on the left, which closes at 10 pm. There is a gravel path through the hotel's greenery and trees that leads directly to the main entrance. You don't have to go around to the main entrance. The price is cheaper than the 711 across the street from the main entrance, but 711 is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is very close to the subway station and you can see it when you go out. The hotel's underground parking lot costs $25 a day, which is much cheaper than driving to DC to park. Get on the bus at the Twinbrook subway station. If you are going to DC for a whole day, it is recommended to buy a one-day pass for $15.5 ($2 is the cost of the transportation card, which is non-refundable and is also a good souvenir for tourism), which allows you to take the bus unlimited times. The subway is $6.75 one-way, and $2 after 9 pm. The bus is $2. DC has a circulator for 1 US dollar, but if you don't have change or a transportation card, the driver will not let you put in coins. If you are only playing for half a day, it is recommended not to buy a one-day pass. It is more cost-effective to buy tickets separately each time.
GGuest UserVery clean and the women at front desk, I believe her name is Grace was absolutely wonderful. The only negative thing to mention was the $20 a day park and the garage was in a separate building, (so on a cold and windy night which it was)it kinda sucks to have to carry luggage.
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and the facilities were old, but it was easy to use. The hot water in the bathroom is a bit slow. The restaurant has a light meal that can temporarily solve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is very professional. The restaurant staff is very welcoming.
GGuest UserThe room is large, the bed is very comfortable, breakfast is 19 knives, the parking lot is charged separately, and the ceiling is 35 knives per 24 hours. There are many restaurants around, many supermarkets, 5 minutes walk from the subway station
GGuest UserThere is NO Shuttle Service.(The reason for 2* for Service and 3* for Facilities) They do offer compensation for uber/Lyft/Taxi within 3 miles(Rio Shopping Center and Shady Grove Metro), however for some reason Taxis Services won't come to this location. Use the Radisson Hotel next door instead for pick up. The Breakfast is very good, and staff is very friendly! It is a great place to stay if you just want to sleep, eat, and leave. The share fitness center is well maintained as well as a 24 hours small Dunkin' Donuts. Pool is seasonal. Everything works but AC/Heating Unit (one broken Grid) and TV(30”?) is a little out of date.
GGuest UserI like this hotel - mostly cus it’s a diamond in the rough - it’s pretty affordable considering Especially due to its convenient location and bonus free parking (note as long as you get there more than likely early enough - for me I was always able to get a spot But I have a tiny car and woudl come in by 8pm or so each night I stayed - I did notice the spots were all taken when I’d leave early a.m)
The rooms are not fancy and there’s a decent amount of noise through walls etc) - but for a working bachelor like me that’s always looking to live on a budget - the hotel is a sweet spot for me.
It’s only 1 mile from work and I can get for around $75 a night all included - which beats out other little issues I’ve noticed.
Oh and I find the beds to be quite comfortable
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located, the room facilities are novel and complete, the service attitude is very friendly, the overall environment is quiet and comfortable, very suitable for relaxing and resting, it is recommended. nice
