Average mountain hotel. We booked a 6 person apartment. Very small bathroom with only 1 mirror in whole apartment making getting ready to go out very difficult! Main bed pretty comfortable but kids bunk beds very hard. Paid for beds to be made up but only 1 bed done on arrival. We were located over reception so had a great view but it was very noisy. Floors really thin so lots of noise from other rooms. Location good on the piste. Bakery service was great. Bar not great, used the next door hotel bar instead

Spa facilities included in our stay were ok, bit noisy with kids at tea time, but managed to time it right to go in a little earlier, disappointed the steam room wasn't working though with no obvious effort made to correct this - maybe because we were near the end of the season that they felt it wasn't worth it, but we're still paying the same as those going at the start of the season so this should've been addressed.

We went the Easter weekend 2024. First skiing holiday. We were recommended MMV and went with low expectations as it was self catering and our friends had described it as basic which it was. But to be honest it is perfect for a family skiing holiday. Ideally located for the ski shop and cute food shop boulangerie and next to a free shuttle bus which takes you to and from the centre every 20mins or so. The accommodation was a little scruffy around the edges but we will definitely stay again. What we would never do again was the half board option. Having never been here before and our friends were a little sketchy on food options we thought we would be good to upgrade to guarantee nice food. The upgrade is with their partner hotel @anova which is a high end hotel a five min walk a way. However the food was very mediocre and inconsistent the worst thing was the service and rudeness of the staff… we were treated as second class to the anova guests continually left queueing for empty tables which were then given to hotel guests. Dinner took at least two hours every night and on one occasion I waited so long with my two children I had to walk out and feed them pot noodles despite having prepaid. It was typified by my 5y.o saying why do they hate our family so much Dad? That aside I won’t let that ruin a truly fantastic experience of montengevre and the MMV. Best feedback for MMV is sort out their website the booking was a nightmare and don’t offer the half board!

I typically do not write reviews, but I feel obliged to share our experience to forewarn potential guests. Our stay significantly deviated from expected standards in numerous ways: Noise Levels: The room was exceptionally noisy, leading to a lack of sleep throughout our entire stay. Cleanliness and Standards: The cleanliness and quality of the room fell short of a four-star hotel. We found dirty clothing from previous guests inside the sofa bed, in addition to stains on both towels and bedsheets. Discrepancy in Booking Details: The actual room layout and provided amenities did not align with what was booked. Despite expecting an en-suite bathroom, we were required to share a toilet with other guests. Moreover, a promised complimentary spa visit was incorrectly charged to our account. Spa Facilities: The spa offerings were inadequate, missing key features like a sauna. The spa area was not only cold but also maintained poorly in terms of cleanliness. Customer Service: Upon addressing these issues with the reception staff, we found them to be unhelpful. The hotel management also refused to offer any form of compensation for the inconveniences we faced. In light of these experiences, I strongly advise against booking a stay at this hotel. The lack of attention to guest satisfaction and the discrepancy between advertised and actual offerings are unacceptable.

The apartment was spacious and clean, we enjoyed a quiet week.. has a well equipped kitchen ( no microwave). I fonund it a bit odd that we had to put on our bedding and remove it before departure, also had to ask reception for a bag to put dirty sheets and towels… Check in was a bit chaotic as available only at 17h, even though check put is mandatory at 10am with demand to clean kitchen etc before check out.. Club enfant very nice !! Information about the residence was almost inexistent, ex where to take out the garbage… Location a bit on the side of Mongenevre, if you skiing it s next to a slope and next to luge sur rails, but a bit far from center of the station, 10 min on foot or by shuttle ( when waring ski equippement 10 min walking is alot especially with children)

Do not stay here!! It’s nothing like the photos The good reviews on here are written by the owners of the apartments €400 deposit was taken on my credit card on arrival and 2 weeks later still has not been refunded This place is run by con men Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT stay here
