Location is good for those people who coming for Disneyland Paris, The nearest Metro stations – Val d’Europe Station (RER A) but few minutes walk away. There is no complimentary water bottle provided but you can take water from water dispenser at lobby. Room is big enough for big luggages. Hotel staffs are friendly :) Breakfast is good but the egg is not to my liking.

The hotel is fantastic! Not far from Disneyland. The room was really nice: big bed, coffee machine. Also I liked the bar with it's wonderful cocktails.

Extremely Disappointed !Unprofessional, Unsanitary, and Possibly Discriminatory Experience I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with both the service and the condition of the room. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that the front desk staff were unfriendly and seemed to treat guests differently based on their background. Even though we had booked through a third-party platform (like many others checking in), we were told that although our room was ready, we would have to pay an extra £10 just to check in 30–60 minutes early. What made this worse is that I saw other non-Asian (white) guests who also arrived early, weren’t members either, yet were allowed to check in without additional charges. This kind of double standard raises serious concerns about discriminatory behavior and inconsistency in customer service policies. Where is the service standard? The most unacceptable part of the stay happened later that night. When we returned to our room, we found multiple moths flying around – at least two were clearly visible. I have stayed at many hotels and have rarely encountered hygiene issues like this. I went to the front desk to request a room change, and the two women on the night shift blatantly refused me to my face, with a condescending attitude. They told me insects in the room were “normal” and claimed it was likely because a previous guest had left the window open. Instead of offering a proper solution or even showing concern, they simply said they could go upstairs and help me “catch the bugs” if I wanted. That’s not a solution – that’s avoiding responsibility. This lack of empathy and professionalism is absolutely shocking, especially coming from a hotel under the Marriott brand. Worse still, the bedding had a strong body odor, particularly the duvet. It smelled of sweat and had visible hair on it – clearly used by the previous guest and simply re-folded without proper cleaning. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. I couldn’t even use the blanket the first night because of the smell. After complaining again, someone eventually came to our room to help catch the insects and change the bedding, but by then it was already very late and I had lost a good portion of the night. I did not get any proper rest, and certainly not the quality of service or cleanliness I expected from this hotel. No apology was ever offered. Not from the staff, not from management, not even the next day. There was zero accountability or hospitality. I will be sharing photos and evidence of this experience with both the third-party platform and review sites to warn other travelers. The level of service, hygiene, and attitude from the staff was disgraceful. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone – especially if you're expecting fair treatment and basic cleanliness. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and it’s unacceptable that a brand like Marriott would allow their name to be associated with such poor standards!

The service was great. We arrived early and they collected our suitcases amd placed in storage. The hotel has warm and friendly people. Our children loved it here. Close to Disney and the mall.
