Terrible customer service! Worst experience ever! The receptionist was terribly unhelpful and rude! I highly not recommend to any foreigners to stay in this hotel!It literally gave us the first really bad impression of Uruguay since that was our first stop!hotel itself was dirty and running out of renovation!

Отель расположен прямо напротив вокзала. Очень удобно, поэтому и выбрала. Удобная кровать, белоснежное белье, чего не скажешь о полотенцах. Ну почему отели не предоставляют хотя бы одну маленькую бутылку воды?! Пришлось идти в супермаркет, тоже через дорогу. На завтраки можно сказать практически ничего нет. Тостовый хлеб, масло, джем, один вид нарезки сыра и ветчины, кофе, молоко, сок и мюсли. Не было ни овощей, ни фруктов, ни йогуртов. Выпечка 2-3 вида абсолютно безвкусная. Омлет просить надо. Иначе бы вообще осталась голодной. Переночевать можно, но завтраки точно не рекомендую брать.

Muito boa a estadia, o Hotel não tem estacionamento, mas na frente tem um shopping com estacionamento 24h que eu paguei 1600 UYU (~200 reais) pra ficar a semana toda, eles cadastram a placa e você pode entrar e sair a hora que você quiser, então o estacionamento foi bem tranquilo, o Hotel é muito bem localizado, fica no centro de Montevidéu, a limpeza é impecável, eu e minha esposa somos muito rigorosos com limpeza e o quarto ficava sempre limpo e arrumado, as camareiras são confiáveis, elas nem mexem nas suas coisas, muito bom! É um hotel simples e muito confortável.

Ótima relação custo benefício na região do terminal Tres Cruces. Silencioso, limpo e agradável. Ponto melhorar são os travesseiros, que são baixos.
