The hotel was such a wonderful respite from the cares of the world. It was such a beautiful place, so peaceful,and private. Costumer service was excellent. Roy was very welcoming and gave us tips on where to go sightseeing and where to go to eat authentic Costa Rican food . We had such a nice stay at the hotel. I love the secluded place .Thank you Roy for your great service and a lovely place .

The beds were very comfortable and the overall cabin was a great size for 5 people. Roy and the other staff were very helpful and ensured that we were looked after. The site has a beautiful view of the sunset and it gave our trip a little extra enjoyment. Roy offered fantastic restaurant recommendations and he has always available to answer our questions and help us out. Highly recommend!! Gary and family

The family cabin we stayed in was perfect for us and had more than enough space for the five of us. The grounds themselves are beautifully landscaped. The staff is very friendly, informative, and helpful. Thank you Roy!
We had a wonderful stay. The optional breakfast was delicious and nicely presented. The kitchen was well-stocked, which we took advantage of by cooking our own meals. Reliable hot water in the showers was a definite plus.
There are some nice, short little trails on the property with beautiful flowers and foliage.
The infamous three-wattled bell bird was making it's loud calls in the morning, but I wasn't able to spot it. I should have brought binoculars!
The location is private, yet very close to town in Santa Elena, which has nice restaurants and shops. Easy access to all of the nature hikes, hanging bridges, etc. We enjoyed our stay.

The host Roy was so helpful and nice. The Family cabin was clean and had lots of beds. The standard cabin was smaller but nice as well. Do be aware that in some of the cabins the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor, up a steep stairs. This was fine for younger folks but was difficult for my older parents. We loved the grounds and trails, we saw so many birds, butterflies, and pretty flowers. It was a quite and safe area and a very good price.

Great little cabin for the family - beds were comfortable, the hosts were great, and the setting is gorgeous. We woke up to the birds, and took a walk on the beautiful grounds in the morning. Nice and quiet, so it was a great place to crash for the night and recharge for the next day.

We had a great time at this hotel. Exactly as described. The room were spacious (we stayed in the family cabin) and the staff were very friendly and made great suggestions for where to go and what to visit. The kids loved the on-site dogs and exploring the lovely and private property.
