Loved Sloth Backpackers.
The hostel welcomed me with open arms the minute I arrived.
Jeff at reception was super helpful! Gave me all the information I needed including the recommended tours. He helped with the shuttles in order to get from place to place.
Shared kitchen was very clean as well as the dorm rooms
Big bonus… hot water so that’s always fun!!

如果有其他選擇，千萬不要選擇這家；
第一，我在攜程上預訂好，到了以後前台沒人，後來發現前台一般都沒人；
第二，我等待半個小時以後終於來了一個人説，她們今天沒預訂，要看我的預訂，我説你們有系統也可以查，最後給她看了預訂。説叫另外一個人來；等了一會兒一個人來了才慢慢查；另外前台的桌子上很多螞蟻在爬；
第三，噪音大：這個住宿緊挨着馬路，一直會有噪音，睡眠不好的人慎選
第四，最後一天早上離開的時候廚房是關門的狀態，我沒辦法取回我冰箱的東西（因為害怕食物招蟲子所以放在冰箱），也沒任何提前通知；
當然也有一點優點：
位於鎮子中心，離超市，巴士站等都比較近；

We did laundry here , its really hard to find any place to do laundry in town, i think they are all the same business they are one next to another, 2 did like 2 full bags of laundry that were like 20 usd they were dirty so it was nice having some fresh clothing before we head to the beach , we didnt stay here only did laundry

Good laundy service i came during rainy season to this costa rica and all my clothes has been damp, so finding a good place with cheap laundry is great! would recommend for solo backpackers good option, they took less than half a day and it saved my life

The service at Hotel Sloth Backpackers is exceptional. The staff were always ready to help and provide recommendations. The B&B is in a great location for exploring the Monteverde area. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the breakfast each morning was delicious and filling. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for adventure, this is the place to stay. Hotel Sloth Backpackers is perfectly located near the canopy tour and other outdoor activities. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were knowledgeable about local tours and activities. The breakfast was a great perk before heading out for the day.

This B&B offers excellent value for the price. The rooms are basic but very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Monteverde and its attractions. The breakfast included was a great start to our day, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.
