The staff is all fantastic but special credit to the owner Debora Hofer. She really does everything to satisfy the client. The breakfast was full of quality varieties especially of sweet ones and the buffet was always full. The dinner had no many choices as a 3 plates menu, but it was undoubtedly of big quality thanks to the pater famiglia chef. But we could order some hours ago what we liked and it was fabulous. I ordered a big pizza the firtst time and lasagne(pasticio) the second time, food out of menu and it was available for me in time. There was a salat buffet too full of green varieties. As the check out was very early in the morning the chef had prepared for us the breakfast in package. Really super. Wellness fantastic from sauna to the relax room, everything very clean. I have experienced one special jaccuzi though out in the yard. The rooms are served every day and are very cosy and always clean. The most of them with balcons with a nice view to the surrounding mountains and very good wifi. If you have no car there is a very good transportation with busses and it is free of charge with the trentino guest card which is delivered free by the hotel. It was all extra good in the 4 nights (17.2 - 21.2) i stayed in this gorgious hotel

We were on holiday in this lovely hotel for a week with our daughter. We found a familiar a**osphere combined with the quality of a 3-star S hotel. Clean rooms, well-kept common areas and a wellness area absolutely to try. In addition to all this we ate very well, the quality of the breakfast buffet was also good and finally a machine for hot breakfast drinks that does not make you regret the cappuccino in the bar! The hotel is in a quiet area and in the evening we slept well with the window open and the duvet (in August it is the best for us citizens of the Po valley!). I found the mattress a bit stiff but my partner appreciated it, so it's a matter of taste ... The owners were very kind and helpful. I thank them again for the Tachipirina that they personally procured for me by going to pick it up at home. Our daughter was also happy with the entertainment for the children so we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and typical of the mountains, the rooms are large, our Panorama overlooked a beautiful view of the mountains and really impeccable cleanliness. The simple breakfast but with homemade cakes and various sweet and savory dishes. The dinner is always super good and with typical and local products, cooked very well. The staff always available for any request, if I could I would return immediately, what a relaxation !!!

Idyllic hotel with excellent half board and very nice rooms. Ideal starting point for many tours in the mountains of the Dolomites. Very accommodating owners and super friendly staff.

Hotel with attention to the smallest details. Beautiful and spacious rooms, as well as almost obsessively clean, and truly excellent and varied cuisine for both meals and breakfasts. Welcoming owners such as are difficult to find, always ready to respond to any need. The small spa is delightful, partly indoors and partly outdoors, perfect for carving out a few hours of complete relaxation during your stay. Miniclub very "mini" in space, but very well managed so no complaints. The surrounding areas offer various ideas for more or less demanding walks, but also for simply relaxing on the banks of the surrounding lakes during a picnic. Praise above all, go there with your eyes closed!

All excellent: - much appreciated attention both in the booking and reception phase - new and spotless room - small but perfect wellness center; also, having arrived on a Friday night we were able to access by ourselves and it was truly magical. - good quality food, wide choice and with typical products that are always pleasing. In conclusion, an intimate and absolutely pleasant stay like the one I was looking for, a cuddle after a stressful period of work and a pandemic. Well done!!!

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent cuisine. We also made use of the small but new wellness center, a cure-all after a day on the snow. The baby club service was excellent, the nanny Alice was good and entertained the little ones with chores.
