Functional hotel but with management problems. Card keys that are given out without being properly programed, so you have to go keep going back to reception. At check in, we were first given an unprepared, dirty room. After complaining we had a guy from reception going up with us to give us a clean room, so that was a good gesture. Room is practical, but the bathroom doesn’t have a way of eliminating vapors, so it is always humid; you need to keep door close so it doesn’t affect the room. So the hotel works if you can get a discounted price, but there seem to be many options in the are to try out.

Buscamos una opción para quedar cerca del estadio universitario, en un partido de los Tigres de la UANL. Nos sorprendió gratamente el City Express. Además de que está nuevo, las habitaciones son comfortables y se encuentra frente a una estación del tren elevado. A un costado hay una plaza comercial y abajo un Oxxo.

Atención pésima, no hacen limpieza, hay que pedir que te limpien el Cuarto llegan de mala manera diciendo que ya salían de turno; el desayuno está pobrísimo , por lo que cobran y dicen ser no vale la pena quedarse aquí; urge capaciten a sus empleadas y a su gerente

La atención es deficiente, se les dan datos de facturación y no escuchan, facturan equivocadamente. Las habitaciones sucias, los pasillos y el elevador, se les piden toalla de mano y tapete para el baño y no las llevan. Prometen desayuno a las 7 am y son impuntuales, empiezan 6:30 horas, además groseros en el servicio. No limpian las mesas del comedor. No es el estándar de CityExpress, muy deficientes.
