The room is ended up being reserved by other people and was only called once to notify me with a number that came out all in 0000000000. The hotel was sold out so I had to look for another place last minute. Call the hotel directly don’t book online!!!

The hotel room was large, it needed a little more cleaning with the bed sheets (which are worn) and changing the minibar* for a newer and cleaner one that still works well (it's already very old). The treatment of the staff is very good!

There's no hot water, the bathtub was clogged, and the Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms. They offered to change my room, but that didn't solve anything. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs, as it bears no resemblance to the quality it promises.

I made my reservation through ***********, but reservations are canceled if you don't arrive by 6:00 p.m., so I arrived after the scheduled time and my reservation was gone. They gave me the only available room and told me it was on the floor they hadn't renovated, and it showed. The light switches were in poor condition, and there were many defects in the room. I only stayed one night because they didn't have renovated single-bed rooms. All the renovated rooms have two beds. It has a microwave, mini-fridge, and a sitting area with a bar in the room.
