Terrible service. We booked in advance to avoid setbacks and that was not the case. We arrived at 3:10 p.m. and there were no rooms available. The reservation said Check-in! 5:00 and they gave us a room until 5:15 p.m. We asked them to extend the delivery time for the room and they only limited themselves to pointing out that the reservation said Check-out 12:00 p.m. Very bad administration.
