this hotel is horrible we didn’t stay we leave when we saw the conditions of the room, dirty, old and lack of maintenance.

is at a great location , lost of restaurants are near, the mall is also nearby , good place to stay at.

This hotel doesn't have enough parking for all guests, I had many issues to park my truck because hotel was at "full capacity" and the manager never gave me a solution. Hallways are dirty all the time; when I arrived I saw couple trays with food scraps and garbage and nobody came to clean it.. the trays remained there all the time from my arrival up to I left.. so disgusting!

The worst service ever. Check in clerk has zero customer service skills (Not even heard the word “welcome”). The room wasn’t ready and still they gave it to us (Dirty areas, without towels and more details). Really a super bad experience. It’s considered VIP for *******?

Room was not cleaned properly, sometimes they only left one towel, not two, no water bottles, etc. The hotel carpet in the common areas looks terrible. Dirty, with large stains... Hotel location is great, but recently the hotel is very poorly managed.

Outdated and very worn room and property, lots of tear and wear. Bathroom was moldy in ceiling and shower, room was not cleaned thoroughly enough, as soon as we walked into the the room I had to literally wipe down desk/vanity top that was sticky and had visible crumbs.

Great location, although facilities feel very used. Beds dont have the best matresses. Shower floods the bathroom floor. Very clean in general and staff with good disposition.

Sorry hotel , freaking expensive for what you get , dirty , old , sad almos like a prison cell , old ragggity towels , imagine one , just one pack of coffee , that was the last strw, you get more amenities from a hourly cheaters motel

nothing . Will never stay in any Fiesta Inn every again

The heating did not work above 18C, there was only one towel in the room, the phone did not work either.

Could be better hotel not great

Old building with very sketchy renovations. We got a room with no working A/C, a bubbled up fake laminated floor due to water leaking from the shower and a very strong moldy odor coming from the carpet. I went down to the front desk to complain and was told there was nothing they could do as they were sold out for the night. I then told the front desk person I would be requesting a refund through ******* and go somewhere else. She then quickly offered another room which had none of these problems and was actually OK. Really strange tactics.

Easy access to many restaurants and bars. Easy to move as its in a main street. Its clean althought it could use some maintenance.
