Property inside of a plaza with good parking and safe
They charge for parking which I feel is good.
But if you loose your ticket, they make you pay again..

Hotel is awesome, across the street to Monterrey Tech and close to Downtown. Only problem is it is in a plaza that has bars that are open till well past midnight. I’ve stayed teice, once in the was in a 6th floor and the noise was substantial, the time I stayed in the 3rd floor it was unbearable.

Very basic and a bit outdated hotel for this price. Very noisy, you can hear everyone, my whole room was vibrating from the ac that I couldn’t figure out how to turn off. Just one small water bottle for the room.
But staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is great and room was clean.

The room was not cleaned, the toilet didn’t fill. We reported it early and they sent the maintenance’s manager until 7pm.
We had to wait for towels to be washed so we
Could get at least clean towels. Card for parking lot would not work 2 out of 3 times. Really disappointed with the actual conditions. I stayed there before and it is pretty run down nowadays. Unfortunately:(. I asked to be relocated as they don’t have personnel on Sundays and the manager in charge said he was not authorized to do so. I’d been told earlier (9am) that the room would be refreshed after 2 days .

When we arrive, lobby had water on the floor and nobody came to clean.When we received the room, and went in, it smell dirty, the room was not cleaned ,the bathroom, the toilet and handwash were dirty. There was alot hair on the bed. I immediatelt reported and was promised they would send someone to clean,but it never happen. They promised to give us another room later,and when we came back after dinner the staff told us the room was clean. However, the room was not cleaned. After all they gave us another room but the experience was terrible,never again will we come to this establishment. Everything was dirty. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
