I had no problem during my stay but as they requested, I paid with cash but they required a card to be on file in the case of insedentals. After checking out, I found that they charged my card got the full cost of the day and said I needed to work it out with the bank so that I could be refunded. I contacted the bank and then requested a receipt showing that I had paid in full. They would not send this to me and stopped answering my calls. I would no recommend this location because they double charged me for my stay

The staff, and particularly the owners, are the most courteous people in the business. I strongly recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel in Monterrey. the accommodations and superb and the food is magnificent.

Extremely disrespectful and rude front desk people who happened to be the owner of the hotel. Please stay as far as you can from this hotel with careless people for costumer service. I totally regretted booking here. Very disappointed of everything happened at my reservation.

Es un lugar especial en donde los detalles de decoración han sido cuidadosamente seleccionados y con buen gusto. En la relación calidad-precio saldrás ganando, pues los alimentos son exquisitos y el servicio esmerado. Poniendo muy en alto la fama de la hospitalidad mexicana, pues los anfitriones están al pendiente de los detalles en todo sentido.
