酒店整體還行，除了辦理入住的時候出了一點小插入，別的都沒啥毛病。攜程工作人員處理也比較及時，對攜程的服務態度還是比較認可的。

房間很乾凈，不愧是紅獅的水準！開心的是酒店還提供免費的咖啡和麪包，七點在大堂領取即可。酒店旁邊就有加油站，對面有whole foods超市！非常方便！

房間還可以，電暖效果不錯，吹乾小件衣服很快，沒有微波爐。停車方便。邊上就是加油站，不過我嫌這裏油價偏高，沒有在這裏加油。馬路對面就是超市和梅西百貨。

The room wasn’t clean upon check in & keys were already given to us after 4pm. Housekeeping was still cleaning & told us that it will be 45mins until it was ready.

Originally we had a discrepancy with the room. Jennifer from the front desk helped us. She moved us to another room. Jennifer was awsome, she made us feel welcome.

The front desk attendant was very friendly and kind and was able t9 accommodate a special request of ours. She kept her calm and friendly approach even when a large group do high school students arrived for check in!

My family checked into 2 rooms. When we got into our rooms, there were not enough towels so my wife and I went back to the lobby to ask for more towels. The lady who checked us in gave us new towels and said "I hope you guys won't get these towels RED." This comment was totally uncalled for. Never again will I stay in this hotel.

No microwave and fridge either in the room, was uncomfortable for my family don’t have that option. But good price and location. Will be our options next time.

Hotel staff very friendly. Rooms are decently clean. We had no issues. Nice place to stay. I would stay there again. Theres a gas station next door. Downtown isnt far either.

Pros: rooms were clean and comfortable; good value; hotel is in a great central location. Cons: pool and restaurant were closed; take out breakfast was packaged danishes.

I have a problem with my legs and I need to carry the baggage up the stairs cause their is no elivator

Staff was great but I will say the bed was not very comfortable and I didn’t have my room turned during my stay. I thought that was interesting but I’d say I paid 100 bucks a night for a 100 dollar room. 3/5 I’d say, I’d visit again
