Fantastic experience. Lots of different pools, warm and friendly staff plus good prices. The map could be improved as it wasn't very clear what was on offer which each ticket type. Best pools tried to date in the Bologna local area, given to the different types of pools and the amount of shade provided by the trees.

Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers. Good hotel for a relaxing retreat.

Myself and a group of friends recently stayed here as we were in the area for a wedding. Although some of the staff were friendly - particularly those at reception - we overall found the accommodation very poor and not worth the money. On their website, they advertise themselves as a “4 star hotel” yet when we asked to borrow an iron and ironing board one morning, we were told that this is “an agriturismo, not a hotel.” We were disappointed to attend the wedding in a creased linen dress and suit. We also went down for breakfast at 10:10 one morning (we were told breakfast was available till 10:30). When we arrived, there was few things left - no eggs, cold meats, cheeses. We asked one of the staff for a small selection of things to which we were told that “breakfast finished at 10:30 - there is no more.” We arrived 20 minutes before the breakfast slot finished - it was a very reasonable request to ask for some extra things. Overall, we were disappointed with everything and by our standards, it was not a 4 star hotel but a casual hostel.

Area sosta camper comoda perché è di fronte all’ingresso delle piscine ma servizi igienici pessimi in container sporchi e mai puliti durante la nostra permanenza. Docce tenute male piene di ragnatele e insetti morti sul pavimento. Il villaggio è tenuto bene in linea di massima, piscine pulite.

Ormai destinazione fissa ogni estate da una decina di anni. È sempre piacevole e rilassante venire qui e bisogna riconoscere che nel corso degli anni la proposta di intrattenimento di questa struttura è costantemente aumentata e si è diversificata per soddisfare veramente tutti i gusti e le esigenze! Un'oasi nel cuore dell' Appennino bolognese ️️

Posto incantevole ,agriturismo pulitissimo con tutti I servizi tv aria condizionata termosifoni zanziere e frigobar. Nel villaggio potete trovare un acquapark con 24 piscine con due piscine panoramiche dove potete ammirare il verde delle campagne circostanti e il giallo delle ginestre se andate nel periodo di giugno .nel posto potete trovare le terme del agriturismo e la zona laghi dove potete fare canoa e una zona agricampeggio con campo da basket e da pallavolo

Struttura ben tenuta e con ottimi servizi, adatta soprattutto per le famiglie con i bambini. Possibilità di campeggio e utilizzo dei bagni, ottima la sezione Airone con camere dotate di tutti i comforts e la colazione inclusa, sicuramente da consigliare e ritornarci.

Il posto è molto bello e ci vado da quando ha aperto cioè anni fa. Purtroppo manca attenzione da parte dei bagnini peryi bambini anche piccolissimi entrano nelle piscine senza nessun dispositivo in braccio e qualcuno ma basta un attimo per andare giù... Se è vero che si possono obbligare a stare a bimbolandia, è pure vero che vanno seguite le regole del buon senso ...

Location molto bella ma ormai data da ogni punto di vista a livello strutturale e di attrazioni. Cibo scarso, tutto troppo lasciato andare peccato. Il voto sufficiente è di incoraggiamento ma siamo sotto. Anche il personale e i bagnini poco motivati comprensibilmente
