A nice hotel with only 6 rooms. Hotel situated at the gate to the town, some noice from tourist and a pleasant church bell that chimes. Self check in via whatsapp and keys ready upon arrival. Room very tuscan and spacious. Breakfast not served within hotel however included at cafe round the corner which was coffee, croissant and juice. Parking a few feet away in car park which was 10 euros per 24 hr stay.

Great location, comfortable rooms and attentive staff. We would definitely stay here again, although it should be noted that there are no elevators at this property. Overall we had a wonderful stay!!

We spent one night here. We arrived late and we found no staff at the reception desk on which we were informed previously in a WhatsApp message. We found an envelope addressed for us containing the key and some additional information, so checking in was fast and problem-free. Our stay was fine here. The beds were comfortable and so the pillows are. The room was quite spacious and had an authentic style. It was very clean. The breakfast was also OK. I prefer the self-service breakfast much better, but it was OK: you can choose a croissant/other sweet buns, or a sandwich or some fruit with a coffee or cappuccino. This place is not a peaceful and quiet one so if you wish to have a place like that, go somewhere else. This is a hotel within the gates of a famous tourist attraction which means that there are people in the streets and bars in the nearby, so it is obvious that you’ll hear some noise even at night. We could sleep and had no problems with noises. The only negative thing is that the floor in the room was extremely cold since it was stone. For me, some rugs would look good and be useful. All in all, we had no problems here.

.We had a great stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms was both suites rather than classic hotel rooms. Lots of space and all amenities you can ask for. Even though the rooms was excellent the best thing are the amazing views from all windows facing the countryside. The management was in close contact with us to ensure we could check in and out in an easy and comfortable way. Instead of having the breakfast at the hotel we was delighted to be served a ticket to a local cafe just a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was also excellent served by two really nice ladies. Can not wait to come back here again. Beautiful!! 😀😀

If you are looking for a QUIET place to sleep, this is the WRONG one. Though well located at the entrance of the old town, it has a few bars and restaurants downstairs whose attendants will make noises, scream and talk loudly throughout the night. We were booked for 3 nights but after a terrible first night, we decided to change hotels. Unfortunately, hotel staff was unhelpful and claimed that the city was having the Bravio festival, which “they were unaware of (as told by Andrea, the manager)” and therefore they did not warn their guests in advance. We have requested the refund for the 2 nights (340 euros) which we did not use, but until now we have not heard from hotel management. My advice is simple; stay away from this place and be skeptical of other positive reviews that could be misleading

I’m a frequent traveller and I appreciate hotels that look after the well being and satisfaction of customers which is not the case of this hotel. They were aware of festivities happening in the city and how noisy are the rooms and when I asked for a refund as it was impossible to properly sleep they just refused to do so. I spent one night in this hotel and had the feeling I was trying to sleep inside a noisy bar. You can listen every single noise from the street and the bars/ restaurants below that stay live until 2/3am. So at the end I preferred to leave even if not refunded rather than spend another night here. I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone as their police on how to treat guests is not right.

We arrived on a trip and NO, absolutely NOBODY received us, we realized that they had left us the key in an envelope, we had to carry our suitcases up stairs, the air conditioning did not work, the bathroom had to go up stairs inside the room. When we leave, nobody receives you either. The room could not be noisier, on the ground floor of the street there are many wine bars.
