My wife and I spent five nights in the Hotel Albergo Duomo. We used Montepulciano as a very convenient home base for local travel. The Albergo is located at the top and edge of the town which is very walkable, but steep in places. It is a small, older hotel, but was in good condition and very clean. There will be some street noise if you have the windows open. It has an elevator. It was a good value for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. To drop bags at the hotel, you need to contact them in advance and get a permit to drive through the ZTL (No Drive Zone for non-residents). Free parking, requires a permit provided by the hotel, and is a long 15 minute walk up and down very steep paths and streets. The hotel is convenient, but at the very edge of one end of town (the higher end!).

Well situated on the main (pedestrian) street 100m from the Duomo. Accommodation fairly simple but entirely adequate. Private parking in spaces in a public car park 5 minutes walk away. Room comfortable - comfy beds, small en-suite, small flat screen TV but no tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast OK with decent coffee, meat, cheese and some sweets. Altogether pretty good for a short stay

Hotel well located in Montepulciano but the info to get to the hotel and parking could be clearer. The room was small, of course, but the problem is that it overlooked an interior space between two buildings and we therefore had to turn on the light even in broad daylight. Mini bar noted on booking: but no mini bar, It doesn't matter but even the fridge didn't work and the info to the receptionist had no effect on her. The packs given to the receptionist for freezing were not frozen but only put in the fridge!!!! So, our cooler not being cold enough, we had to throw away the food we had left! Very narrow bathroom and shower. Very noisy ventilation as soon as you turn on the bathroom. The rooms are not soundproof. In short, disappointment on our part which could have been largely lessened by a warm welcome. This one was banal and nondescript. So, a little disappointment all the same for this hotel which did not live up to our expectations. A nice renovation and a little conviviality would be necessary. Maybe we didn't have a good day!

Io posso dire che è stato tutto perfetto;la stanza era al 2 piano,piccolina ma carina una bella doccia, letto comodo.abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la TV ma poi si è messa ad andare.colazione non esagerata ma oltre al confezionato c erano crostate e ciambelle fresche.posizione centrale e parcheggio riservato a 500 metri.la propietaria Gentile.

Centralissimo, gentilissimi, ottimo qualità / prezzo. Camere ampie, almeno la nostra, molto pulito, bagno piccolo ma nuovo. Ideale per la visita della città e dintorni. Dotto di parcheggio a 500 metri ma carico e scarico si fanno davanti.

Ho alloggiato in una camera economy 75€ a notte in questo albergo che millanta di essere 3stelle. Esperienza ai limiti. Bagno indescrivibile.... Doccia con muffa e ventola con moltissima polvere, talmente tanta da creare uno spessore. Un cuscino era sporchissima ed aveva macchie orribili nere, c'era polvere a terra . In camera, solo da una parte del letto c'era una presa le altre due prese elettriche della stanza erano talmente vecchie da essere inadatte ai caricatori elettrici odierni. Vicino alla tv c'era una multi presa ma anche quella inadatta e pericolosa in quanto semi aperta un due... Per cui non l'abbiamo toccata . Dovrebbe essere insonorizzata la stanza perché la notte sentivo addirittura i vicini se facevano dei piccoli colpi di tosse. Personalmente senza cuscino con i rumori e sporcizia non ho dormito e per la sporcizia ho avuto anche un rash allergico. Sconsigliato darei meno di una stella.
