Really nice Hotel. When we arrived the lady in reception was so friendly. She did show us the wellness, the bar, te restaurant and did bring us in the room. We booked a Junior Suite. The outside swimming pool and wellness are very good. We enjoyed the breakfast.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend here to celebrate a birthday. The chateau overlooks a calm beautiful village, and we enjoyed full luxury here. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The hotel is fully wheelchair accessible, which we appreciate very much. We enjoyed visiting (and petting) the horses in their stables and the beautiful country views from the hotel grounds while soaking in the early spring sunshine on the large terrace. Although we are not really spa fans, the spa facilities both indoor and outside were very pretty and obviously enjoyed by most of the guests.

We booked this hotel for a stop over on our way to the south of France. I will start with the one good thing there is, the Spa. We had a very good massage, that was the only moment of the stay we felt we were in a 5 star hotel. For the rest of we think they have themselves their 5 stars. The biggest problem is they are not at all busy with the clients. There is an atmosphere of arrogance which does not make you feel at home at all. When you arrive, nobody to welcome you and pick up your luggage. In the bar after 1 drink you get the bill and also for dinner, we went to the auberge next door as we didn’t feel like having to sit up for a stiff 10 course meal in a Michelin star restaurant , it was so packed with tables they made us sit in the door opening and when we didn’t want that we got a smallest table in the corner where you had to squeeze yourself in the chair. We decided to leave but as this hotel is in the middle of nowhere and it was already after 8, we ended up going to bed without having dinner as there is no roomservice. We will certainly never go there again!

We stayed here once again. And once again everything was just right: the reception was extremely attentive and hospitable, the room was first class, the grounds of the hotel were beautiful and the food in the restaurant K was marvellous. The breakfast was also in a class of its own: very nice selection, very good quality, great service. In this hotel, attention is paid to even the smallest details that might please the guest. Super praise! We would love to come back.

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel pppfor one night, enticed by its promises of luxury and relaxation. However, our experience fell far short of expectations, leaving us thoroughly disappointed. Upon arrival, we eagerly headed to the spa to unwind, only to find it overcrowded and lacking in amenities. Despite paying a hefty sum of 430 euros per night, we struggled to find a spot in the pool and were left to awkwardly perch our belongings on a bench due to the absence of available sunbeds. To add insult to injury, we were instructed to reuse our spa towels throughout our stay—a practice unheard of in establishments claiming to offer premium service. The shortcomings continued at breakfast, where the meager selection left much to be desired. The absence of fresh vegetables beyond basic cucumbers and tomatoes was glaring, and our disappointment turned to disgust when my partner discovered mold in their bread. Additionally, my request for coffee with soya milk, due to a milk allergy, was botched as the coffee arrived mixed with regular milk, with soya milk provided separately—a baffling oversight for a supposedly upscale establishment. Amidst these disappointments, the only saving grace was the dinner service, which exceeded our expectations with its quality cuisine and attentive waitstaff. However, this lone bright spot was not enough to salvage our overall impression of the hotel. In summary, our stay left much to be desired. From the underwhelming spa experience to the lackluster breakfast offerings and concerning oversights in service, it is evident that this establishment falls short of its purported 5-star status apart from the fact that the premises are nicely furnished and we had a great experience at the dinner.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Domaine De La Klauss, and it exceeded all our expectations. The elegant decor, comfortable rooms, and attentive service made for an unforgettable experience. The hotel's convenient location and impressive amenities further enhanced our stay. We highly recommend Domaine De La Klauss for a truly exceptional getaway.

Beautiful hotel. Super clean. Nice large room, the bathroom was super-sized with a very large round bathtub. Great peaceful views over the pool area and where they train the horses. I liked the breakfast buffet, with a nice bottle of champagne at the drinks section to get you started in the right way before your walk/hike/sightseeing. Staff is friendly, professional, and if you (like me) took a French class 20 years ago, you might need to dig deeply in what you learnt as English is not very well spoken in this establishment. But it's a 100% thumbs up. Great stay.
