We had requested a baby bed via the booking message, we had no response from the hotel and nothing in the room, the receptionist gave me a bed without the bottom of the bed so that baby could sleep properly but worse the bed is completely broken: there is no way my baby will sleep in a broken bed, we are asking for another one which is shaky but a little better than the first one without the bottom as well (try sleeping in a bed without a mattress with metal bars yourself) . For my older daughter the bed is not made but it is within the "standards" of Ibis (the Accor group which, among other things, built the Lido in Paris). The room is spacious but we don't complain just knowing the toilets don't close. At breakfast when we give our room number one of the breakfasts was not counted even though we had informed everything on the reservation site and when we arrived the receptionist did not tell us anything even though he would have had to inform us of this when we arrived. We'll get the manager who speaks to us in English: no problem about that but we are French... in short supposedly it's the booking's fault when we regularly use this platform and it's the first time that it happens to us. Of course we are recommended to use the All Accor platform, which we are free to do (or not) because the prices are different.
