Experience ok but not great. Starting from the positive things, we were lucky and the structure was not overly crowded (however I fear that on a busy day they would easily become too crowded). Saunas, emotional path, emotional showers, minipool, pleasant. The most valuable note is the extreme professionalism and courtesy of both the lady at the reception and all the female restaurant staff. The food at the restaurant (we opted for tuna tartar and lobster sandwitch) was also very good and well presented. The rooms in general are clean and welcoming. However, several aspects need to be improved. The cushions of the wooden deckchairs are uncomfortable: they are not fixed to the backrest and fold on themselves making it impossible to use the headrest, which is missing in some. Some of the male staff in the spa area are not particularly polite. Furthermore, during our stay a girl felt ill in the sauna and the staff seemed to handle the situation in an improvised and not reassuring way. More and more frequent checks would be needed in the pool area to prevent less polite guests from talking on the phone, using phones and iPads to watch videos without using headphones, etc., inevitably disturbing other guests. There should be a person constantly present in the pool room (perhaps also for safety reasons?). Finally, in this price range certain details cannot be overlooked: our bathrobes were totally crumpled with even holes. They were also extremely rough and uncomfortable due to the obvious multiple washes. It is not understandable how they can still be used in a structure of this caliber. Especially considering that a deposit of 10 euros is required for them. Our voucher included the "relilax flip flops" which for some guests were stylized with the relilax logo, in my case they were completely black flip flops without any brand, clearly a fallback. No practical consequences but a sign of poor attention to detail and image.
