Friendliest and most attentive staff you will meet. Food selection and quality is 1st class and I will definitely visit again - for leisure next time hopefully! Spa facilities seem superb but unfortunately I did not have the chance to use them.

Generally this was a good stay -clean, comfortable bed, good facilities, helpful staff. However, there were a few things that mean we will NOT return to this hotel. (i) Not only are dogs allowed in the dining area for breakfast -they are allowed on peoples laps and to be fed by owners. (ii) Vaping is allowed in breakfast area. Both of these are strange for a hotel that strongly promotes health. By the way, we saw a woman being asked to leave the breakfast area because she was wearing a bathrobe! So you are asked to leave for breaking dress code (fair enough) but not for vaping or feeding your dog at the table!

We have just spent 4 amazing days at this hotel. The service and food were excellent as was the cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of all the staff, in particular Jennifer and Alberto who were great. We think it would be great to go more 'out of season' too as there are lots of indoor loungers and pools to use.

We were so happy to return to the hotel after the pandemic. This hotel is immaculate in every way. The rooms are so clean, the bed linen is changed very regularly and the towels every day. You have a complimentary fluffy dressing gown in your room along with slippers and a beautiful pool bag. The owners take pride on their hotel and are often seen around and about. We were invited to a cocktail reception with them on our arrival which was lovely. We had half board. The breakfast was on the terrace which is lovely. The evening meal was in the restaurant and has a lovely ambience and was also immaculate. The choice of buffet for aperitif and dessert was impressive. The starters and main course are both delicious typical Italian food. The outside gardens are full of beautiful trees, bushes and fragrant flowers and kept immaculate. We enjoyed staying around the pool where there are plenty of comfortable sunloungers and parlasols looked after by a helpful attendant. There is a pool bar with waiter service serving drinks and snacks. The pools are thermal so very warm and easy to get into - there is one cold pool to just cool off in. Plenty of showers, toilets and changing rooms by the pool. Disabled guests are well catered for and adaptions are very apparent and welcome for people with mobility issues which is good to see. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to visit Montegrotto Terme and especially this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in June and we had the most relaxing time. It's the second time I've stayed there and came back because the first experience was fantastic. The staff are all wonderful and very pleasant, speaking in English very well. The rooms were large and airy with great air conditioning. The facilities in the room were fine, although a more powerful hairdryer would be great. The hotel was very clean and the ambience was very relaxing. The we stayed on a half board basis and the food was top quality. A good choice of breakfast options (self service) Four courses each evening! Starter buffet, with a great choice of salads, meats and other delights. Then there was a pasta course choses from the menu and a meat course chosen from the menu followed by a buffet of desserts which were always beautiful. The owners of the hotel held a 'welcome event' with a drink and canapes which was very nice. They also greeted guests into the restaurant at dinner in the evening. The pool and spa were lovely, with a choice of warm 34 degrees pool or a cooler small therapy pool. Towels, robes and slippers were all provided with a handy shoulder bag for your use. We left the hotel at 7am and they even provided us with coffee, bread, jam and cakes before we left which was a nice touch. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Abano which is worth a visit and a train or bus ride into Venice which makes for a great day out. There is also a big market on Thursdays, just across from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel mainly for adults as there isn't much to do for children, although we did see a couple of children there. The hotel arranged a transfer from Treviso airport for 125 euros and it took approximately an hour. I'll definitely return for a third time, we had the best holiday.

overall a great hotel Restaurant is set at a very high standard and caters for gluten free in a completely seperated kitchen and delivery. Rooms are spaciuos and kept clean, all facilities are available and the room also has a small balcony with lovely views of the area. Noise can be heard, such as doors closing and load talkers. But, fortunately not at night. Spa and treatment is also 1st class, pools are warm and large. One and only feedback, is the reception could be a little more "happier to help" not negative, but for sure could be better. Many people seem to return often and its clear why.
