One of the most beautiful structures in which I have stayed in Abano is Montegrotto fabulous pools wonderful staff top cleaning

This review is for the BRISTOL BUJA hotel in Abano Terme, not the Continental Terme hotel in Montegrotto Terme. There is a computer problem that Trip has not been able to resolve.
I have already made 3 reviews of this hotel on TripAdvisor, I have nothing more to add. I'm just saying that it's my favorite hotel and trust me, before staying at the Bristol Buja I stayed in 12 other hotels in Abano and Montegrotto.

It was our fourth 2-week holiday at this spa hotel It sits in a lovely park, still close to shops and the station from where you can easily reach Padua and Venice by train. The ambience of the hotel is charming, large lobby, bar and terrace. The wellness area offers a variety of treatments including mud packs, Thalasso, physio, massage and beauty salon. There are 5 pools of different temperature. Bikes and E-bikes are also provided, free for guest use. Rooms are modern, exceptionally clean and very comfortable, with balcony and roomy bathroom, toiletries are replaced daily, and dressing gown and pool towels are supplied. Food and service in the restaurant left a bit to be desired this time. There appeared to be a staff shortage, waiters and waitresses seemed rather stressed at times although there were not all that many guests. Overall we again thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will return to lovely Montegrotto.

We booked Continental Hotel for the end of June 2024. Unfortunately, due to some circumstances, we cancel the trip. Here were the problem started. Financial department still operates in 20 century. Most hotels return deposit on your credit card, but not Continental. they request your bank account credentials and after wire the deposit. On such transaction we lost 63 dollars. We had a great stay at this hotel. The comfort and hygiene of the rooms were excellent. Staff very helpful and attentive to customers. Very friendly. Hearty and good quality meals. Very pleasant and very well-kept spa. Impeccable hygiene. Very good value for money. We will return next year.

I was in this facility again from November 17 to 22, 2024. Overall my evaluation is very positive, however I note that compared to March 2024 the situation has slightly worsened, both in the food offered (in March it was significantly more refined), in the table service (in November many waits), but above all in the offer of the SPA (hydromassages that did not work or worked intermittently). If the hotel wants to keep its customers it must necessarily invest. There are many other facilities in the area and it is easy to lose them. Furthermore, a 4-star hotel should provide at least slippers in the rooms, a shoehorn (most of the customers are elderly), a small kettle, ... take an example from Japan where you are 100% pampered.

Recently renovated hotel. Clean. Excellent varied cuisine including vegetarian. Attentive and courteous staff. Good clean pools. Pleasant imperial suite, not very spacious but clean. Only flaw. The lack of doors in the showers in the sauna areas. I am not a moralist, but it would be enough to put opaque glass in the showers and saunas or separate areas for women and men. It's just a matter of discretion. Too bad

The hotel staff is friendly and competent. The food is very good: compliments to the chef. The physiotherapy center is well managed with qualified staff. The thermal pools are definitely comfortable. We had a great time.

A wonderful place, courtesy, professionalism, kindness, thermal pools always clean, abundant breakfast, sublime lunch, romantic dinner, and a wonderful evening with the sounds of a piano while playing cards, with a drink. I recommend it for couples to relax and if they have children they must be docile, because the pools have a regulation. Always clean rooms, and truly exquisite staff.
