An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

Lots of construction. Waited over an hour for our room because they had an issue with our room. They “upgraded our room” but we had construction workers outside our balcony all night and the room was worse than what I had booked. Same food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Not all inclusive. We got overcharged for many travel/activities and we were false advertised many activities which cost us almost 2 full days of our trip. Bartender was not very nice and services took along time. Extremely small portion sizes for the restaurants. Some nice employees, not very good management. Not good night entertainment and no night life. Private beach was amazing.

Paid for a king room and got downgraded to what seemed to be a full size bed that they called a queen. Lamps didn't work, room was so old it still had 70's moldy carpet and a curtain fot the shower. Afr1 fast my hot water went out, they dont bring items you call for, they didn't even try to give me another room or partial refund. Years of layers of paint everywhere. Best part was the unlimited drinks and food.

First off, you get what you pay for. The bartenders were amazing. I will say that.
No TV all week
AC went out on our last night
Food was bad
Run down/dingy carpets
Unfriendly front desk staff
However, we weren’t in our room much. We knew it wasn’t going to be a five star resort going into it due to the low cost.
