An amazing place to stay. Attentive customer representatives, the place was immaculate, clean, and family friendly. The entertainment and entertainment host was top tier. I enjoyed how he got the crowd involved and let those be who didn’t want to participate in other activities. Actually, he was the highlight of my stay there. The food…ohhh the food. Great variety of Jamaican cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. That Ackee tho… I could eat that every day…
I definitely plan to come back and stay…

This place is old and needs a complete renovation. My room was changed to one worse than what I had. There was dirt on the floor as you entered the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the tub was disgusting.

Arrived at 3 but was told that the room wasn’t ready. Returned at 6:30. The room was still not ready. Very disappointed. It’s a nice place but if there’s no room for prepaid guests, there’s no point. Skip this one.

Not sure if I would stay here again as the hotel is very outdated. Probably best suited for age 65+ My room had no USB phone charges and only 4 outlet plugs. The food was ok. The one thing I can say is that the staff was very pleasant. My daughter got ill and Nurse Maria came to our room to administer care to her (thank you again). There was also our waitress who brought some ginger tea for her and seltzer water. The night time entertainment was good.

The hotel was probably a really good one 30 years ago, but everything is outdated. The rooms need some improvement, some keeping. The food in the buffet restaurant was low on options and not the best. Few drinks options and lots of ice in them. Our room didn't had a light in the ceiling, no door on the safe and only one power socket that broke on the third day. Water pressure was terrible and the hot water was out for more than 24h. Beach is small but the water is great, amazing sunset view. If you can, go somewhere else.
