I really enjoyed our stay at the facility, however there was no toothpaste inside the two bathrooms I booked...that need to be address, apart from that it's was a great experience..

My experience was great we booked inn on Nov 4- Nov6 with my mom n kids they all enjoyed themselves
The food and the whole experience was worth it
I would definitely go back in January for a week but no kids to make my experience more fun thanks for accommodating me and my family……..

The hotel is very beautiful, the location is perfect but some of the workers need more training in customer service. The customer service is rather poor 😑😑

I arrived at 6.30pm and waited in queue for 30mins to check in. At 7pm I was advised that my room wasn't ready and needed to come back in 40 minutes to get a room key. Without apology or proper justification.
The website indicates check in is usually at 3pm.
Meals are buffet style in one main restaurant, often with cold food, tepid tea/ coffee and plastic cups.

The facility is well kept. The king bed garden view room was lovely. AC in room was a bit noisy.. Food was delicious and there was a variety to choose from. It’s a lovely family oriented hotel. Entertainment needs improvement though.

It was a good experience generally.
A few of the staff made some of the stay exceptional. Chris the bellman was awesome! Very professional and also provided general information about the property.
Few downsides to note however, all restaurants except for the buffet require reservations which has to be made a day in advance. Which means on your first night’s stay your only option is the buffet. Not convenient.
Secondly the shower glass barrier has a design flaw
Water ends up spraying out onto the bathroom floor while showering and the towel for the floor then just gets soaked after one shower.
Room key cannot be placed in magsafe wallet if u have iPhone because it will just deactivate. This information wasn’t provided at reception and my key ended up deactivating twice in the same day for the same reason until I was told by a housekeeper that saw me trying to get into my room.
Also it would be nice if more umbrellas were provided for the pool areas as there isnt much shade so the only option is to really sit in the sun. Main pool only has about 4 or 5 umbrellas.

The property was nice,but there were several drawbacks. 1) chairs by the beach and pool reserved from early morning. If you come down later, choices in shadier areas are entirely taken.
2). Public restrooms were filthy! Especially near the towel booth.

This was my 2nd time staying at this property and my 1st experience was excellent and unforgettable.
I guess I set my expectations based on my 1st stay and they fell short at every single point.
Let me give them credit for one gesture which they were not obligated to do but did anyway which I cannot say enough how much I appreciated it.
I was going home to say my final goodbye to my mom and lady her to rest. After booking travel and my hotel package which was all nonrefundable I was informed of a date change. The hotel was gracious enough to allow us to change our dates and waived any fees associated with the change. Had they not done this we would have lost over $1000 and that was just for accommodations. So once again that was greatly appreciated.
Other than that there is not much positive to associate with the property, walls are thin so you heard almost everything going on outside your room. The food and entertainment left a lot to be desired, ice cream was available at only place and it was open from 10AM to 6PM so no ice cream after dinner. The shower in our room did not drain properly so we had to shower in our slides and waited between showers for the water to drain.
The tv would not power on and one light did not work in the room so we called maintenance, they were able to get the tv on and we kept it on for the entirety of our stay the light was never fixed.
My granddaughter enjoyed her first time at the beach which was the highlight of the entire trip.
