For the Butler room it was beyond expectations, small, a/c on its last leg, no ventaliation in bathroom caused heat and humidity. We have been to many other Sandals with a butler experience and this by far was the worst. We will not be staying here again.

Such an amazing experience from start to finish! The people are so welcoming I truly felt like I was at home. A couple people I will never forget are dj delano who always kept the party going and made the entire experience second to none. If you get a chance make sure to check out all the entertainment. Also Careesa who was so sweet and always made sure we had a drink and were taken care of. She’s always smiling and her personality is a rarety❤️

We took a belated honeymoon to this resort after a June wedding. It was our first Sandals, our first time in Jamaica, and our first time overseas together. It did not disappoint! I really never want to vacation any other way! The accommodations in our Club Level beach walkout room were outstanding. The Club Sandals extras when helping with advice and bookings were wonderful. Being able to wake up and walk out into the sand was almost indescribable, and we were maybe 30 yards from the crystal blue water. Calm seas made it great for floating and looking for the white seashells thanks to that clean water. I'm not sure you are never more than 50 yards from a restaurant or 75 yards from a bar. Every place we ate was fantastic and the gars have signature drinks with entertaining bartenders. Every single staff person was smiling, friendly, and helpful. I can't wait to do this again!

We enjoyed our trip to Sandals Montego Bay for our honeymoon! Between the beach, the bars, the people, and the food we never had a bad experience!! Butch’s Steakhouse was phenomenal- highly recommend getting a reservation when you arrive so you don’t miss out!! Cucina Romana was the best for breakfast, with an even better view in the mornings! Thank you Robyn Ayers with DreamMakers Vacation Services for helping make our honeymoon flawless!

The resort was beautiful, grounds were immaculate and staff were pleasant and helpful. The butlers, Carlene, Palmer and David were outstanding, we wanted for nothing. Bartenders were really good. The beach was beautiful and access and transportation to Sandals Royale was an added bonus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fire alarms going off every day was a little off putting. Teri-Anne is the best bartender, Stephen is a close 2nd! Carlos, Mischel, and Kevin were amazing to us on our scuba and snuba adventures! We may come back to Montego Bay one day, but currently trying many of the Sandals properties before double dipping.

Had another wonderful birthday week! Can't wait to go back! Just want to shout out the great staff who have made our birthday week amazing! Bartenders Stephen, Leroy, Lamar, and Denham were amazing and always made us feel special. Shamar was great and made his birthday dinner amazing at Soys, as well as manager Joel who is always awesome and a favorite. Aaron took care of us when we rented a cabana and was so great! Gamalia at Bayside for breakfast is so sweet and welcoming, plus her omelets are amazing! Everton on third shift always looks out for us and makes our stay better, we love seeing him when we return. Venecia always checks on us and is so friendly and helpful. Jhanelle from SRC is amazing and so welcoming. Also Domanique in the club lounge surprised my hubby with decorations in the room on his birthday, she is awesome! Manager Christopher was so wonderful and truly is engaged with the resort. O'Shane at the beach grill is the bomb, always happy, positive, and fun. Onescia at the spa for the amazing massage, and wedding planner Nackiel for being so helpful and kind. She really eased my fears and answered so many questions I had! Thank you all! One Love!

We had a 3 night stay in a club level room at Montego Bay prior to going to SC. Our club level room has a nice bar with multiple Twin Oaks wines. The room was nice but on the smaller size. The restaurants had great food. The main pool is small and more hotel like but this is a smaller resort. The staff around the main pool never let us go without a drink in hand. I wish I had written names down but the entertainment staff was one of the best we’ve seen at any Sandals. Lead entertainer and Kevin “awesome sauce” were super friendly, helped you get involved and had everyone laughing and having a grand time. The only con to Montego Bay is the airplanes right overhead throughout the entire day.

Travis, Tasha, Amazing Owen, Damian, Jayda, Cassandra, Javell Oryan and so many others we interacted with daily made this trip absolutely astonishing. From their friendly smiles that could light up the darkest rooms, jokes and laughter they truly kept us entertained and included into the excitement/feel of Sandals Montego Bay! We felt right at home as if we’re all family. From the food, to the entertainment & music this trip was out of the world. Sandals ensures their employees are top notch & professional, and this is exactly what we received. Not a bad interaction over our 7-day stay, which made leaving incredibly hard. Please go visit them, Jamaica is beautiful and so are the personalities and resort! Cannot rate them high enough, and will 100% be returning to Montego Bay to see them all again, soon!
