Great all inclusive resort. Food, entertainment and the staff are all amazing! Had a great time.

Some staff was amazing and some wasn’t, tackisha from the Italian restaurant is one of the most helpful and amazing person there.
Judith who wears a white shirt at breakfast was wonderful, Annmarie who works at the travel desk was amazing to us, Simone who cleaned out room is very professional and sweet, ackeal who drives the buggie was wonderful. Our taxi driver Clayton is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met, securities was wonderful.

The Jewel is a jewel! The outside grounds are very well designed and maintained. We’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and we were impressed with the resort’s layout and accommodating services. We can confidently recommend this resort for other travelers.

I loved staying here. Everything was clean and the staff was amazing. Literally!! The food was good. The alcohol was legit. I have no complaints. I will be staying here each and every time I go to Jamaica!

Very good deal for the price. Staff was 1 of the best I've ever had. Very friendly and courtesy. Buffet had nice selection, steak restaurant was best. Room service was good. Did not like the beach as the water was very shallow and only good to wade in.we like swimming. Pool was nice.

The room that I did online was not the room we had.. also we didn’t even get a microwave in the room.
I did a king size bed.. we got 2 queen size bed when we get there.
Overall it was amazing tho.
